Rivergods Kayak Adventures

I had a fantastic day kayaking with Rivergods. It was a very well planned & executed kayaking tour with a small crowd. Fantastic location and beautiful waters, got to see plentiful wildlife - seals, whales, fish and aviary. The snacks and picnic lunch was icing on the cake - a timeless classic. Tour guide was super chill & friendly and knowledgeable, kept us engaged all the time. There was plenty of time to rest and chill on Penguin island with beautiful boardwalks offering magnificent views. Thanks to the super comfortable & modern kayaks, I didn't even realise that we paddled for ~2 hours, super easy on the body so we can focus on soaking the sights in.
I'd definitely go kayaking with Rivergods and highly recommend this tour.

What a fantsatic way to spend a Sunday morning. Never kayaked before. Three hours on the river surrounded by wonderful scenery. Lovely easy pace, Ellie is a fantastic and knowledgable guide. If you're thinking about doing it just book it, there is absolutely no downside except you might get your feet a bit wet getting in.

Absolutely something you really should try.in booking for a group i had a few twists & turns, but Tom was just so patient accommodating and nothing was too much trouble - finally got to the activity with our group and Ellie was just the best instructor. She was very attentive, friendly and made our day not only interesting but also fun - we will definitely be back for another paddle with River Gods.this was such a good experience.we were all novices and this was new for all of us, And we really had a good day.very well organised, with very clear instruction before and during. Do yourself a favour and Give it a Go!

Kayaking at Canning river was an amazing experience. The guides were professional and know what they are doing. It was a lovely weather and we got to see lot of different birds and bird nests on our way. Definitely will come back next time.

We had some last minute issues with our booking. Luckily Tom managed to find a work around and saved our getaway weekend. Great customer service and experience!

Organisers were on time and everything well thought out. Great paddle out to Seal and Penguin Islands. Lots of wildflife to see, the day flew by. All the best for the summer Karl and team, Sam.

We did the Rivergods Canning River Half Day Tour today and it was incredible. The guides accommodated for all abilities by offering a break for those who needed it and the rest of the group carried on - we all met up to finish the tour together. They pointed out wildlife and told us about the history of the river. Great exercise, engaging, and a wonderful atmosphere. We will surely be back! Thanks for making today great guys.

Yesterday, We had a great kayak tour at Penguin Island with Liam! The organisation was good and even the little details have been taken care of. Liam is a funny guy, professional and full of knowledge! Penguin island is a magic spot and we truly recommend this tour with Rivergods! Well done guys!

We had a great time kayaking the Canning river using their paddle pass option.

Good quality kayak - was comfy and sailed very nicely. The Shelley direction is a lot more fun than the other way - highly recommended!

The only slight bad point was it’s meant to be 3 hrs but the rep said come back after 2.5 hrs. I guess maybe it’s just a guide so you don’t end up late? Anyway, it was still plenty of time.

What an amazing day we had today! We did the Penguin and Seal Islands tour with lunch included. Josh and Scotty were great guides with great local knowledge. Highly recommend this day out.

My wife and I were visiting relatives in Western Australia during August, and decided to join a “Seal and Penguin Islands Sea Kayak Day Tour” as it looked very interesting. Excellent communication with Tom, via email, secured a Gluten-Free lunch for my wife. On the day we were blessed with glorious weather, Tom and his partner were excellent guides and we experienced playful Dolphins, randy Pelicans, and dozing Seal’s. Tom’s encyclopaedic knowledge kept us well informed on the local wildlife. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend the “River Gods” team.

My partner and I went on the seal and penguin kayaking day tour and it was a fantastic experience, and our host was great. We kayaked alongside seals and dolphins, and had a great time on penguin Island.

My friend and I booked 2 Canning River Paddle Passes for $30/3 hours on a Saturday (9am-12pm). Meeting point was at Kent Street car park in Wilson. From the start, Maddy provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional and gave us a few tips on kayaking to my friend who had never kayaked before. Quality of the kayaks was top notch; there were comfortable padded seats with backrests, waterproof compartments to store valuables and the kayaks looked well maintained. Highly recommended!
