Riverglen Chalets reviews
39 We were extremely pleased with our two night stay in the Kilcarnup studio chalet! The space was clean and inviting, and surprisingly spacious for a studio chalet. We enjoyed watching the birds from the balcony and even saw an impressive sized lizard which was pretty exciting! The short walk (or should I say stumble) to and from Giniversity & Margaret River Brewing Co was easy.
The check in/out process was smooth, and we are considering coming back again and bringing our whole family.
P. S; the water pressure in the shower was a dream after a long day at the beach.
Thanks for having us.
The chalets were lovely, clean and everything that you needed. Friendly staff on arrival. Surroundings were lovely. Definitely be going back.
Incredible. My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The Ellenbrook cabin was cozy with a nice fire place, making it perfect during the colder days and the staff were polite and welcoming. Located close to the city center, it was easy to explore Marg's and backed onto nature with great hiking/cycling tracks. We will definitely be returning!
Awesome location - right next to town but feels like you're in the forest. The chalets are comfortable and have good kitchens, bathrooms etc. I've stayed here a couple of times and will return.
Had a lovely time here, close to town but in the forest amongst the trees.
For a 3 bedroom chalet, would be handy with 2 toilets tho.
Great setting, nice chalet layout and so close to town. An all important bottle opener might have tipped this to a 5 star review!
Place is beautiful, nice and clean, close to town centre.
The major downside, they give us a chalet for 8 people with only one shared bathroom and no WIFI, especially when NBN is everywhere
Phone reception is not bad here.
It was the best place I have stayed on holidays in WA. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
Beautiful setting.
Accommodation was perfect for what we needed. We were given the accessibility friendly chalet - perfect for anyone using a wheel chair.
I was using crutches at the time and this was also perfect for me.
The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating too
The cabins where nice though we didnt get the cabin showed on the pictures. However the most frustrating event was the fact that after we left the cabin in perfect conditions (wiped floor, tables, beds etc) we got charged extra 70 dollars for cleaning. We asked for pictures which of course they were not able to provide and the money was automatically taken from our bank account.
An amazing find in close proximity to Margaret River, very peaceful setting with many chalets available, ours was a two bedroom (2nd bedroom locked as we only paid for one bedroom) and it was perfect for the two of us for 4 nights. On the last night we also enjoyed dinner at Margaret River Distillery, which is onsite and offers a 10% discount on food. Happy to return again.
If your looking for a self cater chalet that is comfortable, luxurious and homely look no futher. Hubby loved the fire place. So close to town but feels like your in the heart of the bush! 10/10 loved!
What a great place to stay. Absolutely loved it. So close to town and so relaxing. Highly recommend.
Breath takingly beautiful. What an amazing relaxing stay. Exactly what I needed. The chalet was neat, clean, stylish well equipped, cosy and warm. I absolutely loved being able to look out my doors over the balcony into the bush. Booking, checking in and out was quick easy and hassle free. Highly recommend staying here
Love this place. Have stayed a couple of times in a group and as a couple. Both times have been fantastic and I cannot fault anything apart from not being able to stay longer both times.
Cozy, beautifully presented cabins in a nice communal setting. However, if peace and quiet is what you seek I don't think this is the place for you, the cabins are too close together and loud neighbours could become quite bothersome. Also the premises are within 200m of a very busy highway, only adding to the noise.
Beautiful spot. Lovely and clean. Perfect location for the best gin around. Loved the quietness. Will definitely be coming back.
Riverglen Chalets are my absolute favourite place to stay in Margaret River. They are beautifully secluded away in a bush setting while also being only a few minutes walk from the main street. The chalets are always immaculately clean and the staff are lovely. What more could you ask for? Will be back in a couple of weeks for another dose of tree change therapy!
We were fortunate to hold a beautiful Retreat for Women at Riverglen Chalets from 14 - 16 May 2021. We loved the accomodation, crisp sheets and warm units and especially loved the deck area of the large house which was perfect for our Women's Circle activities.
The staff are welcoming and helpful and we would love to return again at another time.
The chalets have a good rustic vibe amongst the trees, you would think you were much further out from town but its only a 10 minute walk to anything. Chalet was clean and staff were happy and welcoming. Would stay here again for sure!
