Riverglades Private Estate

Think twice before you think of buying on riverglades it says it’s a private estate but it’s a caravan site if you look into it the council that’s on does not know what they are doing just love to waste all the levies you pay on things that’s not necessary and if you walk round it looks more like a storage compound you don’t get notice when things happen like when contractors damage water pipes or damage electrical wires when you contact the committee members they just give it a load of bull saying they don’t know what’s happened when the idiots are stood there watching propping there fat body’s up with a umbrella what a joke the committee are no body they don’t like people commenting on their faults a chairman that doesn’t live on riverglades just takes orders from the others none of the committee members was voted on it’s just because people are sick and feed up with the going on and wasting the owners money for no good reson if you really want to live on there do your homework first don’t be foiled on the lues that the committee tells you hope you will check things out before you waste your money and expect a quiet life on something you will regret looking at the so called new wall at the front doesn’t that tell you it’s a caravan site not a private resort it’s always been a caravan site even with google and the shire just some thing to make it sound better to live but check it out don’t believe what any member of the committee try and tell you they took all the trees up that was nice and established just to waste money by paying out more owners money buy replacing them when there’s nothing wrong with them but yet again more excuses to waste owners money and they can not even confront you with the truth all you get is come into the office which is only open in a wedensday dictator in when they will see you but make sure you don’t get updates and what they waste your money on

Nice long term park. Roads around can get pretty narrow though

Ive just moved in here its so peaceful and beautiful people.
