Amazing - venue, staff and experience.
Myself and partner have attended two weddings here over the past 12 months and have been blown away each time. The venue itself is a beautiful backdrop (Tuscan vineyard feel), the food and beverages never fail to disappoint (still dreaming about the burrata from 12 months ago!) and big props to the wonderful staff and service provided. Biggest shout out to Katherine and Bev for going the extra mile, making sure all were fed/hydrated and attended to and for coordinating all of those little details from ceremony walk out to pack up at the end seamlessly. Amazing!

I attended a recent event at this party venue, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the supervisor's rude and xenophobic behavior who displayed a lack of professionalism, creating an unwelcome atmosphere for guests, including the bride and groom. Despite the respectful conduct of the remaining staff, the unfortunate behavior of those in charge significantly overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable celebration.

Below average lunch. Took 45 minutes to get tap water, even longer to get some wine (go figure). Service was non existent - too busy organising for an event.wont go back!

Had a leisurely lunch at Riverbank. Great atmosphere and friendly staff (in particular Wayne and Melanie) made it an ideal place to stop and relax. Staff even helped our 16 year old with his Learners permit preparation which he passed with flying colours.

Lovely lunch - amazing food - service was a little slow due to an impromptu table of 15 turning up with 30! It put pressure on the staff but they have apologies to other diners for the slower than usual service. It’s a great restaurant and I’ll definitely be back.

Came for the Groupon on my first time but will come back for the food quality and service. Huge shoutout to Melanie cannot express gratitude, it’s not often you get such customer service anywhere. I won’t forget the experience for all the right ways. View sitting outside is incredible. Food amazing as well as service. Highly recommend.

Mixed feelings about our recent experience at Riverbank Estate Winery. We had brunch there and the bread rolls were fresh and we particularly loved the butter and smoked garlic pairing. Very delectable. Chilli mussels were well seasoned as well.

However, the wine tasting was rushed and inattentive with no information provided for the notes of tasted wines. A bit disappointing.

Superb lunch at Riverbank - couldn’t fault the food. Bev our waitress made the day. Professional, attentive and so friendly. Great spot for lunch in the Swan Valley!

As always -the food was delicious and the service was of an extremely high standard -we sat on the verandah -which was not the best choice on a warm windy day -but the view makes up for any inconvenience through the breeze!

Its a very nice winery with an balcony that overlooks the vineyard. Also have live music on weekends. The food was great, but the kitchen seem to forgot about our order so our main took really long time. We had bread, scallop, mussels to start, followed by beef cheek and nocchi for main. Otherwise all very nice experience.

Had a wonderful lunch today at Riverbank, food was beautiful, service and staff were impressive and friendly.

Seafood platter for 2 is $169, I wouldn’t pay $100 for it - over priced and underwhelmed big time. Last time I went to this place I was recommending it to all my friends; after today I will be telling them to stay away. Me and my wife go to the swan valley once a month but we will not be returning to this place again

Absolute ripper venue! Such an amazing location, and you can not get better service from Bev, Toni, and Kaitlyn! Love yas!

Booked for lunch, went up for wine tasting as soon as they asked if we had lunch booking they didn’t want to know us, people for wine tasting was getting whole service. Ordered bottles wine, starters & mains. Portion sizing very small, not much difference between starters and mains. Very slow service. Cheese board say cheese, crackers, dried fruit & preserve. When asked where preserve was, told run out, fridge was full of honey. Asked if kids meals could come out, no had to wait. Deserts half came others didn’t. Again no can’t bring kids icecream first. Definitely not kid friendly as they asked if we could give high chair back (we had 3 babies)

Service awful, definitely won’t be returning

Very disappointing. Our starter came out before our drinks; we didn’t even have any water on the table. The seafood platter was dry, overcooked and over priced and the service was terrible.

Seven of us went to Riverbank Winery for lunch today. Bev looked after us all day and provided superb service to us all - she was attentive and made all of us feel so important and ensured that all our needs were catered for exceptionally well. The food was exceptional. The wine was fantastic, But the stand out of the day was Bev's attentiveness to all of our needs and she made us totally comfortable and ensured that we enjoyed the whole experience at the restaurant. Thank you, Bev and thank you to the Chefs for the good food and to the winemaker for the great wines. When I first walked in to the restaurant i was greeted by this beautiful waitress. She said, oh my gosh, I have seen you here before, welcome back. She took us to our table and made us feel most welcome. The food was awesome as was Bev and we can't thank her enough for looking after us so well as well as suggesting many really good wine selections which we enjoyed very much. Thank you again, Bev!
