River Yoga Maylands

I have been to River yoga in Maylands at the Maylands Yacht Club on many occasions. Ann the instructor is definitely one of the best yoga instructors I have encountered. She is very good at explaining the different positions, and makes sure people are doing the positions correctly. She makes sure that if you have any injuries or pre-existing ailments and then suggests not to do certain movements. The prices are very reasonable and you can buy a card to give you multiple classes at a discounted rate. I love the evening sessions the best as the view of the sun setting over the Swan River when you're doing your yoga is just amazing. The Yoga is held at the Maylands yacht club inside their Hall with full glass windows facing the Swan River to the West where the sun sets. It is so relaxing and again I highly recommend River yoga and with Ann being such an excellent yoga instructor.
