Easy from the beginning, from the quote to completion, great customer service, the install team turned up on time and got straight into it, cleaned up after themselves and took time to explain the system and made sure it all worked properly before leaving, very polite team of young men, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

For me i would not be using Ritz any more, originally I engaged them on 15/01 and they said available on 18/01 to look into my evaporative AC which broke down. I was requested to pay $159 in advance as a call out fee and that cost will be offset against the final invoice value if they carry out any work. After I paid Ritz, lucky for me my neighbour recommended a licenced tradie who does Acs, as the heat was unbearable to wait until 18th, I called him and he immediately came over (no call out fee) and sorted it out, as it was a minor issue and sorted in 5 min, he refused to take any money despite being on the roof in 39deg heat.
So since I have already paid $159 to Ritz, I decided to get some electrical work done. I requested the technician to provide a quote for the replacement of 3 old power points (2 singles and 1 double), re-located an existing light to a different location and fix a new light, quote is $800. I rewired my house with new lights for 6k! I would be a fool to pay $800. Finally I said just relocate the light, labour cost amounted to $287! Less the $159 I already paid.
I understand a business also needs to make money however please be reasonable with your prices and don’t just be profit driven. Very disappointed to be honest but thanking my lucky stars I never engaged them to look at my AC, I shiver to think how much it would have cost.
