Ripple Ability has been a wonderful, resourceful company that has helped me so much with my grandson's NDIS Review Plan meeting.
Monique attended the Review meeting with me twice. First time the NDIA Planner had not read any of the documents that I had sent in 7 weeks prior. Monique advised me to terminate the meeting immediately, and ask for a new date - after they had read the documents.
Monique also suggested 2 therapists to attend the 2nd plan Review meeting. With Monique supporting, guiding, and providing direction during the meeting - with her expansive NDIS knowledge - we not only retained the original funds amount, but also got an additional 1/3 funds - from the previous Plan.

My experience with NDIS was stressful, confusing & unaccommodating. Despite voicing my concerns at the review. My son’s 2 plan was just as confusing and unaccommodating except now it was planned managed. Monique at RippleAbility, not only explain the plan but also told me so many things I was able to purchase to help with son every day living. She informed how I was about to order everything but set it up so the plan manager has to pay. RippleAbility help a great deal with my S100 too.
Monique is sweet, friendly and an amazing listener. She completely understands what it’s like to be a parent with a special needs child. Although I have only interactive with one other staff member, they portray the same kindness & understanding nature.
