I didn't expect to see anything and almost didn't go in but picked up a great skirt for a very reasonable price. We have had good success at this shop.

I saw a tiktok about a young gentleman named julian who was helping a lady with all of her shopping needs.julian seemed lovely and thoughtful about said customer, and he also happens to be very good looking.i would like to formally ask if anyone knows of this young lad, and whether he has social media or not.great customer service julian!

I'm so sorry I didn't get the names of the 2 x young ladies that helped us, but what beautiful spirits they had. We were made to feel so welcome and the staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

My partner and I are have shopped here multiple times. Sophie recognised us instantly and was as always friendly and helpful. The shop is well organised and the rest of the staff is great too.

Went into the store yesterday and was pleasantly greeted by a young lady with tattoos who was extremely helpful with all my questions as I am just starting out surfing and really had no idea.felt much more comfortable about embarking on my new adventure with my new gear and great advise on some top local spots.

I went there in February to get some clothes for my kids. There were two girls standing behind the counter and checking something on the phone, they did acknowledged me but didn't offer a help with the sizes. I was going through the girls rash vests for a while (really unorganized) and could hear their full-on conversation about holidays. There were a few inappropriate words used by the girl with tattoos - I was glad I didn’t take the kids with me that day! Maybe next time either consider the volume of your voice or put the music bit louder, or just use a code language instead of swear words! Poor service overall!

Customer service is out the windo1, too busy with their own social lives to serve customers politely.
