Ringtails Motel

Excellent motel and very convenient to amenities. There were also great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms was wonderfully clean and bed comfort, cannot be beaten! Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. Both check in and check out were professionally handled and easy. A perfect motel for a weekend getaway, we will come again! Thank you so much.

Have stayed here before, this place is old but we love retro so quite ok.with us. The managers have and continue to do much work on the place since we were there a year ago. Our room looked newly renovated and was spotlessly clean, bed super comfortable. Personally I would have liked a safety rail in the shower for us older folk -pretty standard in most places nowadays. Cute little hamsters in the yard. We'll certainly keep going there.

Lovely and clean, great location.
Only issue for us was our room facing the park with a balcony, we were woken up by screeching cocktails at 3.30am which continued until 6.30 am.
Noise was unbelievable.
Other than that wich is no fault to the motel, its a lovely spot.i would recommend getting a room furthest away from park end.we will stay here again but in a different room.

Lovely stay for our 3 nights with short notice. Staff are wonderful and our room was what we expected. Nice and clean. Will be back for sure.

This place well exceeded my expectations! My partner and I stayed here for a night and was welcomed by a lovely receptionist (who was a kiwi like me) and a warm, comfy bed.
The room was good, nice privacy with milk in the fridge, a decent shower and bathroom and boy oh boy the bed was as comfortable as ever. Well exceeded the comfort of the bed we slept on at a much more expensive hotel. Would rather stay here than anywhere else. Only thing is that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear a lot, but no biggie.

What a brilliant motel! Clean, great location & wonderful Manager. Loved that there was a laundry too.

Stayed here overnight for an event in Busselton, was a great stay! We would definitely stay here again.
Receptionist was lovely and helpful, gardens and pool are very clean and well looked after, room is nice. Location is fantastic, walking distance to everything.

So looked forward to staying here from reading the good reviews. Stayed in a family room with 1 bedroom. Its quite big but unfortunately there is no aircon in the room. The split unit in the main area couldn't even cool the main room. Kitchen bench and untensils available but there is no kitchen sink available. Clean enoigh but some moulds in yhe bathroom. Will not stay again.

For a motel it's not bad. We got one of the family rooms right at the end, which meant the parking was on the other side of the building away from the other cars, quite amusing that it is right next to Maccas (far away enough from the car traffic though).

Room itself was decent, nice beds and great location - but here's why we gave 3 stars. The side "tables" in the room we were in are removable glass panels - NOT SAFE with 2 kids around. We weren't told this at time of booking but there's a sign in the room expecting guests to clean, dry and put away dishes at the end of the stay.

There is air conditioning in the living/main bed area but it wasn't that cold. More importantly, the 2nd bedroom did not have air conditioning and had a pretty weak fan (even when turned up to max). As the 2nd room tended to be warm, we all had to be extra quiet to wait for the youngest one to sleep first - while we turned up the "needed to be serviced" air con up to max and leave the 2nd bedroom door open to cool it down (very slowly).

Overall not a bad property and if the above issues can be fixed, it'd be perfect for a motel!

Wasn't implying the parking was unsafe, just stating a fact it is away from all the other cars. As for the part about not being "forced" to clean the dishes - your sign actually says we may be charged fees if we don't follow the cleaning instructions (which included instructions to wash and ensure everything is dry.). So you mentioning there's nothing on the sign that forces us to clean is not true.

We loved our stay at the Ringtail Motel. We booked only one night on our way back to Perth and wished we'd stayed at least 3-4nights.
Busselton is absolutely gorgeous & the hotel is so close to everything, walking distance. The rooms are huge, exceptionally clean, quiet with very comfortable beds and pillows Plus, there's a huge pool!
The staff are so welcoming and friendly and there's also free parking.
Such a great gem of a hotel. Will definitely recommend and stay again if ever we're in Busselton again. 5/5!

Fabulous, Cute, lil 1 bedroom, full kitchen with polished floor boards. Immaculate clean! Fantastic stay here!

This little hotel was fabulous on my recent quick trip to Busselton.

The room was super clean. It is an old hotel but it was looked after very well and maintained well. Added to the charm, are beautiful wooden floor board rooms.
There is a full kitchen with microwave, plates cups ect, everything you might ever need!
There is a cute table and chairs out the front in case you are a smoker.

I would like to make mention the lovely staff member called me because she was closing at 6. Perhaps make sure you can get an entry if arriving anytime after 6 pm

Really good place to stay! Everything is clean and the place is near everything! Saved le to be near the cinema in this city ahah

Chris & Bella are the loveliest motel managers I've encountered.
Always made feel welcome and nothing is too much effort for them.
I Highly recommend staying here for a relaxed stay or week holiday.

I can’t fault these guys at all! It’s in the ideal location and within walking distance to everything you could possibly want in a quiet stay. The room is large, the bed is the comfiest bed I’ve had while staying somewhere, the pillows were luxurious, everything is clean and feels clean! The bathroom is spacious and tidy. The service my boyfriend and I received upon arrival was wonderful and the guy was so friendly and welcoming. This place is a gem and we will definitely be staying with them anytime we visit Busselton:)

I give this 3 star motel a five star!

Staff are exceptional. Every staff member was professional, friendly and more than willing to help. Made my stay here a very positive and comfortable experience. The King room that I stayed in was excellent and very comfortable.

Doesn't look the best when you get there but the rooms have been freshly updated, very clean and helpful staff.

Immaculate on entry to room! Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything that we needed. 1km from the beach which was great with children!

Traumatised! Woke at 4am to a intruder in our room! Owners didn’t get in touch to see if we were ok, I had to contact them!

Pretty decent, nice owners happy to give you a few tips.
Fairly basic setup but clean, cosy and well presented plus very handy to Busselton township. Would stay again.
