Overall great Food, I genuinely feel clean and full after eating it. New management has definitely shown to be solid. Looking forward to see what they have planned for us

Made an order on DoorDash at 315pm. Delivery time repeatedly extended until the order was abruptly cancelled at 415pm because it couldn’t be fulfilled. Called the store to find out they “don’t have an iPad” so can’t take DoorDash orders and the Manager had been told to remove the store from DoorDash but Cleary hadn’t done so, since I had just made an order. Horrendous service.

I had a great steak, salad and chips my wife had the chicken parmigiana, chips and salad both meals were cooked perfectly. Service was very good.

We ordered chicken murgi pizza that was amazing but the Spagetti bologenese was pretty bad.

A very underwhelming breakfast indeed! Cold and small serving!

A friend and I both ordered the poached eggs, kale and mushroom, tomato and rocket salad breakfast. Both our meals were very cold when they arrived. The eggs were at best, room temperature and the kale and mushroom cold.

I spoke to the front of house who told me…. They can’t be cold! I explained to her they were cold and she replied, well they can’t, as they had just come from the kitchen. I encouraged her to feel the eggs, which she eventually did, reluctantly. She agreed the eggs and mushrooms were in fact cold.

As far as size goes…. There looked like there was one (maybe 2, very small mushrooms on the plate…. Cold, a very small serve and dry)

When our meals were bought out the second time, by a different waiter, he asked why we sent our breakfast back, so clearly no communication happened back in the kitchen) there was barely an apology. When I received the second meal, the poached eggs looked like they’d just been put back into the water again, as they were rock hard on the inside and small and wrinkly on the out side.
The meal was $19.00 and in my opinion massively over priced for what was presented.
Unfortunately, we will not be going back to Riley’s!

Standard of pasta unsalvageable. Food used to be delicious but standard of cooking (pasta especially) has fallen drastically in the last 2 years. Ordered 2 different pastas on 2 separate occasions (second time trying to give
second chance) and it seems like the chef just threw a cup of cream in and couldn't be bothered seasoning. Tastes more like stir fried noodles with cream and very disappointed. Hopefully they can improve cooking standards because this is very poor quality. Ordered pasta with white wine cream sauce and there is not the slightest hint of wine in there. I had to season the pasta sauce myself at home.

Chicken tikka salad good flavours. Reasonable coffee. Pleasant service.
OH thought penne polo sauce was bland.
Very noisy as busy but good to see them nice and busy!

This is a definitly a place you should check out if you are in the area.
Pizza and coffee are really good. Parma was good, but not huge. Value for money is good though. I would go again to try their wood fired pizza.

Coffee was good. Bacon and eggs came with 2 giant pieces of toast, 1 rasher of bacon and 1 egg. I wasn't asked how I wanted my egg. It came fried, but it was a good egg. The staff were nice and friendly as I was to them. I had to much toast for 1 egg and 1 bit of bacon so I asked for Vegemite and the young guy behind the counter was happy to accommodate my request.

*in response to you’re reply if the pizza was offered for free that message was never actually given to us, again we were upset with the poor management, front of house staff were lovely despite being clearly flustered.

I feel really sorry for the young front of house staff who are clearly stressed trying to make up for poor management and disorganisation from the kitchen staff.

We left after 2 meals were finished before the 3rd meal was served.

Im honestly writing this review as I felt bad for the front staff and the lack of direction they were given to fix the growing line of dissatisfied customers, poor management.

Pizza was good and the parmigiana was ok, unfortunately the steak burger meat was a little over cook, the overall service was good.
Unfortunately you shouldn't be charging a corkage fee for two beers that we brought in, and no clean glasses provided on the table.

Took 15 minutes to re heat a pre made breakfast wrap. Burnt gross coffee, also the big lady there is insanely rude and menacing i fear she spat in my wrap for asking politely what the hold up was to toast a pre made wrap?
Wont be going back due to revolting coffee, a soggy wrap with a hockey puck egg. And a menacing ogre who doesnt take kindly to questions

DONT ORDER IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. I ordered a gluten free bistecca, when It came half the ingredients were missing. Rang the restaurant to make sure the correct pizza had been delivered. Person on the phone just told me the chef had probably just forgot the ingredients and hung up. As a consequence I had an allergic reaction. It was the wrong pizza, if you have allergies avoid Riley's at all costs.

Food is the best!
Lovely staff with great hospitality.

Have a nice great coffee with a ton of great foods. Wood-fired pizza and/or garlic bread is a must have.

Dishes are delicious! The workers are great and hardworking and know how to get things just right! Will be going again if Lucas is working! (Give him a tip)

Good to find a "local". Pleasant food, easy parking and friendly owner. We will be back.

Decided to try the pizza tonight and get takeaway.very tasty. The girl serving was lovely.will definitely be back.

Tried ordering on Uber eats, they called and said there’s a lengthy delay (1.5 hours) and we could collect at 8pm instead…
Waited until 8pm to collect and when we arrived they said they cancelled the order.

Normally really enjoy this place but this was poor customer service and poor communication. Unhappy kids waiting for food
