I worked for Right at Home for over 5 years and I only just recently left to work in another industry. I loved worked for them and I was very sad to leave.
I know that Right at Home Northern Suburbs continuously strive to meet their clients needs.

The environment is very much toxic! Employees & managers gossip about each other! No diversity in the workplace I will not recommend working here.

Since we first made contact with Helen at Right at Home all our concerns about caring for our 92 year old mum have just disappeared. Helen provides a very personalised service, she makes herself available to talk over any problems and she has a wealth of knowledge both in the aged care and nursing field. Our mum has developed a very good relationship with her 2 carers who, as well as doing any household chores she asks of them, are happy to take her for a walk to the coffee shop and just make a cup of tea and chat. The transition required no effort from us, all the financial arrangements through the ACAT package were arranged by Right at Home. We are extremely happy to be involved with the whole team at Right at Home and could not fault the service we receive.

I really cannot speak highly enough of the care, empathy and support shown towards me and my family by Helen and Steve. Having been rather 'thrown in at the deep end' with two elderley relatives to care for I was so fortunate to come across Right at Home (Perth Northern suburbs). Nothing was ever too much trouble. Helens extensive nursing experience and professionalism proved invaluable and Steve gave up so much time to simply sit with my Uncle and get to know him personally in order to best assess his needs. I would like to say right at home is the most reliable home care in Perth. If i was not in good health condition 20 or 30 years later, right at home will definitely my first and only choice!
