RideLender Perth

Someone who leased a car from ride lender has crashed into my friends car whilst we were out. The guy left a number and then declined incoming calls. Now ridelender in Sydney isnt giving the details needed to my insurance company so she can het her car sorted. People in the office have been rude, stated she needed to send an email to keep a record and then doesnt even reply. Its been a week and a half already and still no contact. She reached out to them today and was rudely stated that recovery team will get in touch (clearly not its almost 2 weeks) and when asked if she could speak to someone was told no and then hung up. Who' is reaponible for this circus?

Rubbish organisation. Advertises cars that arn't available and doesnt bother to reply to email. No customer service skills at all.

Stay away from this company full of con artist trying to rip off customers.the staff accusing me of damages that i didnt do. Rents are overpriced along with poor customer service and hidden sneaky charges.

Great staff and the vehicles were well maintained and reasonably priced.would highly recommend.

Leases as an Uber car but doesnt accept general wear and tear that Uber says is standard when returning the vehicle. Guy is rude AF!
Money hungry company. Happy to take your money and asks you to bend over when returning the vehicle.

It was a very pleasant experience renting my uber vehicle from ride lender. Arthur is very friendly, patient and helpful person and he was always happy to answer all of my queries. I genuinely feel that this is an honest ride lender and would recommend to anyone looking to rent a car for uber at a great price.

They chargw you for things you dint need
