I'm very happy with all the training I've done with RMS!
I did a whole package, including Dumptruck, Articulated Dumptruck, Dozer, Roller, Watertruck, Front End Loader, Load Restraint, and recently added Excavator, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces & Gas Testing to my list!
The courses are very well set out, very clear on-line training, the knowledge and skills of all the trainers on the practical day is excellent, and a nice balance between the classroom and practical on the machines in the quarry or the simulators.
I even had a job offer in a site-based role immediately following the training!

I did my Dump Truck Rigid course on Friday, it was absolutely incredible. The trainer Benson was awesome and had a better sense of humour, he kept everything simple and stress free which was the best part about the whole experience.

John did my training for HR. He was absolutely amazing. Can have a laugh and is very knowledgeable. Nigel did my assessment. He was awesome. Both are definitely understanding. Would absolutely recommend this place. Reception staff were amazing. Very helpful.

The coaching staffs are fine and responsible in RMS. But absolutely horrendous experience with the administration of this organisation. The lady kept on trying to sell me lessons, emphasising I need to pass the mock exam before I can legally take the assessment. When I told her I understand that but I am not able to take the lesson because I am on mine site working, and potentially delay the lesson, she kept on with her condescending explaination on I have to buy the lesson which costs about 300 dollars to take the tests, I then asked do I have to pay again for the assessment which was included in the package (paid 4300 dollars for that), she said no, but I have to pay for the lessons! I am truly surprised how a customer service attendant would just refusing to listen to their client and treating them so badly.

I did my rigid dump truck training with Benson today. The day was awesome! Benson harbours a wealth of knowledge and is an amazing hands-on trainer, too. The classroom stuff was detailed and covered everything we needed to know. The practical was great! Benson was very patient and calm during the whole process, which made me feel calm as I went into it slightly nervous. He talked us through all the manoeuvres and processes in detail, making sure we knew how it all worked and why we did each part. Very happy with my experience with RMS and would recommend them to anyone wanting to get trained properly. I will be back to do more tickets with them.

I just finished my HR driving instructor qualification with RMS. It was wonderful experience.trainer Mark is very experienced Gentleman. Very helpful and organised. Always happy to answer questions. Overall administration staff, institute and vehicles are very good. Thanks

Crazy expensive compared to the competition

Reply: specifically your gas testing course price is ridiculous. Happy to add more but that's by far the worst.

Got my my HR license with RMS, very friendly and professional environment. Extremely stress free learning! Highly recommended

If you are wanting to do your HRB i would not recommend doing it here, there are other places who use much easier trucks than this place. Also if you fail you may have to wait 2 weeks to get another test, this place doesn't care. Go to a company that wants you to pass and can get you into resiting your test faster if you fail the first one.

John the trainer was very helpful and didn't make you feel intimidated, always there to talk and guide you through the training and answer any questions you have along the way

I was recommended by my friend to learn HR. I did few times extra lessons, but every time restarted the lesson Nigel will follow up on what should I need to notice and fix. The trainer was professional and careful. Really thanks to Nigel and Bob. Finally, I got my HR licence. Many appreciated!

I had an excellent experience with RMS training, one day forklift ticket. The trainer was excellent with his knowledge and very good at his approach to students.

Bad training, bad test, they like you doing extra lesson and extra test,
The instructor is very impatient, if people already know how to drive they wouldn't come there, last 2 times I paid 2 hours 200$+ lesson and after 1.5h was finished.
I understand the business have to make money, but this is not the right way.

This is my 5th course with RMS, and still, everyone from office staff to trainers are great. Equipment is all top notch and nothing is too much trouble. Plus a hands-on owner is always great to see. Cannot rate these guys high enough.

Booked a course for two of our employees, one became ill and had to isolate for 7 days. I rang to try and reschedule, but they responded by saying that I had to supply proof of why my employee was unable to attend. This is a breach of privacy! I rang on a Wednesday morning for a Friday course, you still had plenty of time to fill the vacancy we would have left. Spoke with a manager, same answer.
I ended up pulling my other employee out of the course just on principal. This was the first and now last time will ever use your services!

Great few days at RMS for my excavator, front loader and articulated dump truck tickets. All staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to John and Nigel who taught me all I needed to know!

RMS are miles ahead of the competition, cant rate these guys any higher to anyone looking at Doing their HR licence. The whole team was awesome from the front of house staff to my instructor Craig and my assessor. Craig made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, normally with this type of stuff I get real nervous but he was a calming influence and the way he taught me was top quality. Will be recommending to all my teaching colleagues to go through RMS the whole product was awesome! Thanks Heaps
