Dropped off 2 boxes to go to Karratha. All the staff were helpful and easy to work with. They also did me a huge favour by accepting the freight a little after cut off time. Thanks from Mick and Dampier Hire.

I answered their inquiries page on their website, asking for a quote for some major transport needs, only to receive an email telling me to email their quote team!
They should have transferred my enquiry straight to their quote team.
So, I did exactly that only to receive an email back asking questions that were clearly stated in my email!
I re-answered their question two weeks later, but still no reply!

Today one of your Truck Drivers Jack had come to pick up 3 pallets from us here at Alphaweld and I would like to point out his professionalism. He was very polite, humorous, patient and outgoing as he had to wait for a pallet to be finished done wrapping before loaded onto his truck. He has a great attitude and sets the perfect example. Hope to see him around again.

Hi I don't no who your driver was that delivered two 4/4 vehicle to our workshop yesterday in Geraldton but I do think you need to give him a driving test for your own peace of mind he spent just under two hour trying to back his truck down the road so he could get back to the highway he was told that he could drive though our yard right from the start but said no after many fail attempts he dd just that then order me to shift my car and go and stop the traffic on the main road which I refuses to stop the traffic I don't have a traffic management ticket so that didn't bother him he just drove out and stop the traffic any way with his truck my thinking I glad my company names not on the door of that truck

Unfortunately I had a very different experience to the other reviews.
Service was poor and the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Will never use them again.

These guys are well priced and well serviced. Couldnt get anyone to do our transport needs but these guys. Rang over 50 companiea with a cannot do it. These giys can do anything when it comes to the point. From small to large. Well recommended and 24hpurs. Best in WA. Dave and michelle
