Retravision Margaret River

I have been in a few times this last month or so and have had very good experiences.
Pros: staff are very friendly and helpful, they gave good advice and helped my pick out the best products. They also helped load a washing machine into my car for me. Even when understaffed they were apologetic and upfront about delays.
The prices were great, I especially appreciated the RAC discount on the washing machine!
Cons: product availability a little low, third option for a washing machine (I didn’t want to wait for one to be delivered - they did offer to get others in for me), display model for the microwave and also for the phone. Lots of shelves looked empty.
Was a little odd to receive a text message with a link to lodge a review - so I went in to check it wasn’t a scam first.

Terrible service lately. Couldn't get tap on the fpos machine to work, so the ladies response was 'your out of luck' rather than trying a different fpos machine on another terminal. Well, your down a customer! So annoyed.

We wanted to connect a set of old speakers to a new tv, and Patrick from Margaret River Retravision just couldn't have been more helpful. His advice was clear and accurate and patient. I was so grateful! 5 from me!

Walked in during the week to be greeted by the lovely Patrick. (Paddy). He has Helped me out and my boys with information on the new iPads and we have now ordered one through him. Always nice going in to be served by Patrick. A big asset to the business.

Once again we needed an appliance, last year gas stove & vacuum cleaner! This time it was a washing machine. We always do some research and have kind of an idea what we want. Valerie was an great help to finalise our choise. We even got a price match and the RAC discount, so why would you not shop locally with this fantastic customer service you get at our local retravision! Highly recommended!

Great customer service by Dallas. Had one of our two choices of bar fridges in stock, matched a lower price, while also giving a discount to RAC members. Easy, swift transaction. Carried the item from their warehouse & placed it straight into the back of our car, so no heavy lifting on our end.
Why wouldn't you want to shop local with excellent customer service like that.

Dylan was most helpful. I came in for a dryer and knew which one I wanted. He didn’t pressure me to buy something he thought would be ‘better’ (I’ve had this at other stores). Transaction was quick and easy and he had the dryer loaded into my car all in the space of less then 10 minutes. Fast and great service!

Above and beyond! I am amazed at how a certain staff member went beyond what I expected to help me out! Pays to shop local with genuine people.

Great service. The guy who served me knew the products well and was very helpful. I have purchased products from here before and have always been very happy with great bargains. Prices were better than Bunbury or Busselton, I will always shop here.

I took my 14yr old Son to Retravision today to buy a phone. The sales assistant Dylan was young and very helpful, friendly enthusiastic. My 14yr old felt very comfortable and happy having a young person with Tech experience to deal with. Dylan helped us choose the phone, asking my son about the requirements necessary for its usage, and put our RAC discount on to the purchase. The shop was busy, and phone was ringing, but young Dylan remained focus on seeing the sake through without distractions. I really appreciated the fast efficient and friendly service that we experienced. We were going to go to Busselton to shop, but my Son rang MR store and we were so pleased to be able to shop in town without the drive after finding out that Retravision had the dame price as stores in Busselton for the same phone. We highly recommend the service today and will definitely go again considering our great experience today.
