Great service today! Andrew served us and found us an induction cooktop to replace ours which has stopped working. Roy looked up our account details to find which cooktop we had bought from him years ago, so Andrew could check that the size of new one was comparable with cutout in our bench top. Andrew then gave us the details of a local electrician who is more likely to come out for a small job like the installation of new cooktop. It was a very personal experience with two people who really went out of their way to get us sorted. I love our local Retravision.

Roy, you are a star. All the years we have been dealing with you, never once has your excellent service wavered. Today we had a problem and in a matter of an hour and a couple of phone calls it was solved. We have been waiting two weeks for a satisfactory solution. I can't thank you enough.

Hannah was very helpful in our purchase of our new 12 volt TV for our mobile home…
The downside was that a 12 volt tv doesn’t come with a 12 volt cord (how stupid) & there was none in stock…
We were not made aware of this till we were installing it…No reflection on Hannah at all.
I’m am wondering if a regular tv comes with the cord (I bet it does).
Now we are off to purchase a 12 volt cord somewhere in else, so we can watch tv at extra expense.
Not good enough Retravision & CHIQ…But, thank you again Hannah.

Availability of products are reasonable for this location and the staff were very much willing to serve. While we bought a rice cooker we also were offered a discount with RAC card and that’s something not all stores by default ask for!

Costumer service so bad, I laughed my way out of the shop. Six staff members pretending to look busy behind the desk, after 5 to 10 mins of looking at the stick vacuums waiting for someone to come over to offer help. I actually made eye contact with 2 of them who quickly broke the contact to look away! After I pressed the trigger to test out the $1,000 vac I was hoping to buy, everybody quickly looked over, causing a fuss and two staff members came rushing over to yell at me “don’t turn them on please someone has to buy them! ” I said, if someone came over to serve me, I would be buying it what an absolute joke of a set up they have here.oh and I was the only costumer in the shop too. Don’t stress yourselves guys, I’ll grab one in the next town

. Just went to Godfreys in Albany to grab all the things I needed. Lovely bloke greeted me and super happy to help. He told me to turn on the vac I had in my hands to try it out and my wife and I just laughed at the memories

Always a pleasure to buy pretty much all of our household appliances and electronic items. We have had air conditioners, smart TV's, fridges, dishwashers and washing machines as well as our phones and tablets from these guys. Graham is a top bloke.

Retravision didn't have the product I wanted, but they pointed me to another store that had exactly what I did. Great service, really interested in getting the customer what they need. Deserves 5 stars just for customer care.

A great range of products at competitive prices, especially with an RAC card for added discount. I completely restocked my kitchen and laundry with excellent products. Helpful staff who know their stuff. They also offer a delivery and installation service which is useful. I bought a tumble dryer mid-morning and it was delivered by 2.30 pm same day. Heaps of parking at the door.

Excellent customer service for both business and personal sales. Always friendly and helpful staff. Great range on home wares and appliances for a small town.
