We are both retired and since moving to Busselton 2 months ago we have visited Retrovision many times. Corey was the first salesman we met. We were there to buy a Bosch dryer, but Corey was very keen to sell us a Miele as they have a 10 year warranty. This is one of the best appliances we have ever bought and have no regrets. Our last purchase was a Phillips air fryer, also from Corey. He has also made after hours deliveries for us. His knowledge and pleasant nature make it a pleasure to visit Retrovision Busselton.

Service from staff is just excellent. Product knowledge is sound. Personally I am provided with information I require in a helpful respectful manner with no pressure to buy the product from them specifically. After sales service is ongoing on all products I have purchased in the past. Yesterday’s purchase is another example of great service as I must have come and looked and reviewed the item I purchased numerous times and checking competitors who I must admit did not show me the same level of knowledge and communication of the product that I purchased. I purchased many items from Wade at Retravision Busselton and all was fine until my white goods were delivered damaged not once but twice then a third time, I like to support local so I kept returning to purchase more but noticed the service I was receiving was declining, on last entry I was told by wade that he had three people in front of me when there in fact was one, I hung around and he never served me that’s when I left and haven’t returned, I had better at Harvey’s and that was bad.
