I am very grateful to Danny and Tim for their assistance today in helping me to purchase my Bosch Dishwasher. They were both very helpful, friendly, professional and understanding. Although I have not picked up my dishwasher and cannot review the product as yet, I am giving a review based on my experience in store today. I would be happy to purchase more products from Albany Retravision in the future. Thank you.

Very happy with the service and deal from Amanda. They price matched for me and my new washing machine is being delivered, installed and old one taken away for cheaper than it would've cost me online elsewhere.

Young lady that served us was very helpful. What we were wanting to buy was out of stock but she showed us other options of similar priced products which she seemed to know quite well.

Like the reviewer Kirby Carlisle, I had a very similar experience! Paid for goods & installation in full. Then suddenly noone would return any of my calls to the point i had to physically go into the store to chase them up! Next i find out i have to give their chosen installer $130 to come out to "measure up the job" when he already had the job! He refused to give me a receipt! When i mentioned this to Retravision i got umms & ahhs but nothing else! Then i discovered i had to pay the electrical company separately too! None of these things were mentioned until AFTER i paid Retravision their money. I still persevered & bought a television from them. I was guided to the most expensive although I'd stated i only had x to spend. So then she took me to a tv of that amount, insisted there was nothing cheaper. Yet when i walked out the door, thinking i was fine i noticed right next to the entrance a tv $500 less! I was so upset & angry that i had been lied to! Adding insult to injury, i had to pay my own courier for 40km "out of town" then discovered the tv is faulty! The manager's offer was to give me a lesser brand & cheaper what i paid as a fair exchange! I refused & he came back offering me a Samsung vs the TCL he initially offered me! How cheap is that behaviour!? I also researched online to discover the Samsung was being offered for the same price i paid for the Hisense with other businesses. They agreed to come out to swap the tv. I was given a time, an hour plus later & i was still waiting. I rang the store & spoke to "Tim the manager" again who was extremely blaze & merely said oh they didn't leave until.i asked why he didn't ring me to inform me & got no apology & norhing polite or respectful for the inconvenience they had given without responsibility, consideration or thought. Another hour later, noone. I tried speaking to both managers who avoided me. The delivery guys finally turned up & were told by managers just to leave it in the box & go! I had no help, am disabled & i almost burst into tears begging these young fellows to help me. Luckily for me they were kind enough to do so when they saw how distressed i was & begging them.
THE TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED BY THIS STORE & ITS MANAGERS IS AN UTTTER DISGRACE! DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE, ITS STAFF OR GIVE THEM YOUR TIME & MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS! THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE YOU! THEY ARE SOLELY MONEY HUNGRY ORIENTATED & WILL HAPPILY LIE, MANIPULATE THEN TRY PASSING YOU AN INFERIOR PRODUCT
TO CLEAN UP THEIR FAULTY MERCHANDISE! Absolute horrid experiences!

Recently went in to buy a smart watch to monitor my sleep, Hamish was very helpful and took the time to research the best watch that suited my needs. Very happy with my purchase and service highly recommend this store especially for their helpful service to their customers
