10/10 customer service, Ken went above to help me find a new iPad for my son and helped find accessories that were compatible, he was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Attitude and knowledge made shopping at Retravision stress free. Always a friendly welcome when you enter and you leave feeling just as valued, thanks to the staff.

Customer service was excellent. Went to get a TV and was greeted as soon as I walked in. No question i had was too hard and the assistance was fantastic! Made the purchase at around 330pm and had them call to say they were delivering it before i even got home 15 mins later. Can absolutely recommend u shop here!

Ruby at Retravision Kalgoorlie was great to deal with which is more than I can say about Panasonic's Customer services. They were a joke and no help at all. Ruby was polite, professional and more than helpful. I will certainly be giving Retravision Kalgoorlie all my relevant custom in the future.

It was a very informative, straightforward and quite pleasant experience purchasing in retravision here in Kalgoorlie. Ruby is such a hardworking and passionate individual. We got the impression that he loves his job and thus doing great at it by feeding us
relevant information regarding mattresses at that time. Plus the purchase was a breeze, no fuss. Highly recommended shop.

Facing different brands that claim to do the same job, James explained and helped me to pick the best and it does more than I expected

Just recently bought an item that was a display, asked if we could get it back in the box which they had still, as we needed to travel with it. It was good at the start as the first worker that was helping us was genuinely trying to put everything back in the box properly so that no damages would be done, however when another worker came she tried to make us go into the counter so that we could pay which was her goal to distract us so that she would just place the item in the box without proper care. When we later came back home to check the item, it was messily packed, a part of the box that's supposed to keep the items safe were gone. Very disgusted by this service, probably the last time we will ever make any purchases from there. I honestly wish there was a button for 0 stars.

I purchased a fridge in 2019 and had no problems until recently. The freezer wasnt keeping food frozen, fridge wasnt staying cold. I found the reciept to see if I got the extended warranty (which i did!). The extended care people took their time to get back to us. My wife went into the Kalgoorlie Store and spoke to the manager about what could be done to help the situation (thinking the worst is yet to come ie with no fridge for goodness how long). The people at Retravision were so helpful in a situation that was technically not their problem, and gave a solution until the fridge could be repaired. They were more than happy to help us and friendly. I would definitely shop at Retravision again. They really looked after us in a bad situation outside of my or their control.
