We had Chris Budesilic as our conveyancer, assisted by Kerry Bassola. We found both were diligent, very easy to deal with and we got good communication throughout the process, which made the whole process alot easier from overseas. Would recommend and would gladly use again.

We signed the contact for 10 working days settlement with possibly tenant not moving out.

Peter Fletcher was giving us a very professional response to deal with seller. Letting us without to deal with tenant going staying in the property 3 days after settlement with rent issues.
