Loved the 1st course with Nadine, 15 years of severe back pain and not being able to even vacuum or go for long walks. Now I'm able to do a squat, go for long walks etc. I have alot less pain to no pain. I don't struggle as much to get dressed in the morning either.

Looking forward to the 2nd course with Nadine in Jan 2023? ‍️? ‍️

Finding Nadine & Reset Movement was literally like discovering the Holy Grail.

I first went along with stiffness & arthritis issues & have subsequently gained so much knowledge about my body & the nervous system as well as breathing techniques (& so much more) that have become an invaluable asset in managing my body.

Nadine shares her wealth of knowledge so freely & is incredibly real, warm, welcoming & inclusive. She is a truly amazing facilitator & creates a wonderfully safe environment.

I cannot recommend Nadine highly enough & will be forever grateful to have found her & Reset Movement.

I went to Nadine with chronic lower back pain that I had been trying to fix with chiropractors, physios, massage, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, naturopaths and an osteopath. Nothing worked! One week into the 5 week course the pain was considerably less, 5 weeks on and it had nearly completely gone! Nadine has literally changed my life! I can not be any more grateful to Nadine and everything she has taught me. Thank you ️

First met Nadine and her classes” Reset for Movement” 4 years ago after visiting the Chiro every 3 weeks for almost a year with hip & knee issues, it was painful to sleep roll over in bed and walk up steps, I just put in down to well my mother had a hip replacement and I was heading that way too, how wrong was that self talk.
Nadine gives you simple self help tools you can use everyday for only 15 Mins a day and it will change your life, as it did mine, pain free hips, painless sleep, stronger knees, stronger core & less headaches and now I join in her fitness classes every week to keep my body And core in shape, to give my body the movement it deserves and that we are all born with x can’t thank you enough Nadine x️?

Nadine is an expert in the dynamics of movement. She has taught me so much about my body, that I haven’t been able to solve myself.
I am not your typical gym bunny, and apart for yoga have avoided any public exercise. After having my first child I decided it was time to break free of the mental restrictions I had on myself.
Having a 2 month old baby was no issue, even breastfed him during the class a few times. Now having a toddler just adds to the fun (and steps). No crèche needed, easy to fit into the day.

Nadine’s women’s classes have been the perfect way to increase my fitness, flexibility, strength and confidence. While also having a chat and laugh with local ladies with the same mindset. Her style of class is achievable for all bodies and fitness level, while never being shamed for what you can not achieve yet.

Nadine’s class is the only fitness regime I have stuck to (over a year now) and I truly look forward to my classes.

Nadine understands so much more than just the physiology of your body. Her 'knowing' and knowledge to literally reset the body moves above and beyond any standard PT and the results speaks for themselves.

The butterfly metaphor shows that small change can give rise to a big tidal wave and Nadines words and exercises give proof to this - impactful beyond words! From an ex-runner who thought exercise meant total exhaustion or it wasn't worth doing - expect big change and plenty of a-ha moments.

Bring an open heart and an open mind and you will leave with empowerment of the mind and body.

Nadine makes you feel comfortable and really listens to your story to see not only where you body is at, but more importantly your mind. She has helped me reset my mind and be more aware of the brain and body connection. The breath work and exercises are a gamechanger and very rejuvenating. I highly recommend the reset movement course.

Nadine has not only help me physically but her classes have helped me see myself in a different light, rather then "weight loss" being my goal I feeling stronger and more confident and have formed a healthy relationship with my body and exercise. I have loved every class and could not recommend enough.

My wife had problems with her leg resulting from a trapped nerve in her back. She tried many therapies but the one that had the most impact was the Reset Movement program allowing her to resume her CrossFit and Pilates training. Highly recommended.

First my story then Nadine (she is an angel) 3 years ago 2017 I had a mountain bike accident & crushed 3 vertebrae my back requiring surgery & since then my pain has progressively got to the point it was the only thing on my mind. (I was in a very dark place) I had tried everything to relief myself from the pain but no luck. I then met Nadine & within only a few short months I am more than 90% pain free & working towards100%. I actually feel alive again & have hope. She absolutely knows what she is talking about & cares about you becoming pain free. Thank you Nadine

Since about 2014 after hurting my back I have been suffering from lower back pain on and off. As a result I have been very wary of over extending myself, and not wanting to (or being able to) pick up the kids.
All efforts to treat this pain have included going to physio therapy and a chiropractor. Generally, the treatments have provided temporary relief from the pain.
Recently I have been feeling pain in my hip. A doctor diagnosed it as sciatic nerve pain, and that all I needed to do was to stretch it out and get exercise - this didn't help especially as I found it hard to walk some days.
Long story short: I was fed up trying to "fix" the problem the way I had previously done (physio etc) as it clearly wasn't working. I presented this information to Nadine, and she said we could work it out in 4 or 5 sessions.
By the 4th session, with the recommended changes and low impact exercises which were tailored to my scenario (to target the right muscles), I came out pain free! Nadine is great to work with and very willing to go the extra mile.
Thank you very much for your help!

Also.more recently (before Covid-19 lock down etc) I was participating in weekly group fitness sessions with Nadine. The tailored exercises/sessions were great! I am looking forward to the day when we can return to normal.and get back to it!

Nadine is an amazing reset body movement coach. She really takes the time to get to know you and genuinely cares about your improvement. I definitely recommend her if you’re wanting to change the way your body moves and feels!

After suffering from debilitating back pain for many years, the combination of Wayne’s chiro and Nadine’s movement training has me performing movements I haven’t been able to do for a couple of decades! I have added this to my regular training and feel about 20 years younger. Highly recommend.

When I started seeing Nadine I really thought being pain free was a fantasy too good to be true! I suffered from lower back pain and around 3 headaches a week. Even just the few breathing exercises Nadine had me doing after the initial assessment made a huge difference. The 8 weeks I have been seeing Nadine have been life changing for me! I'm physically stronger, healthier & have more energy than I've had in years! If you have any doubts just go for an assessment, you will walk out completely convinced that Nadine is amazing!

Highly recommend this course! Nadine is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable no matter how your body works. Learning new ways to move and improve posture was way overdue. I feel so much stronger. I’ve recommended this course to all my friends. Thanks Nadine!

Attending the 5 week making movement matter program with Nadine has helped change my life! I suffer from chronic pain and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and because of this program am now able to manage working a full time job which I have not done in 4 years. Nadine was amazing at adapting each movement to suit the individual needs of participants which made it so much less daunting and so useful! I have had so many benefits from this program that I will absolutely be on board if there's a part 2! It was such a great atmosphere and so much fun that it was great to look forward to early on saturday morning. I can't thank you enough for what you have done Nadine, I feel like I'm learning to take control of my own body again and that feels like a miracle!

I found the Reset Movement class I did with Nadine Amery to be excellent. At the end of the 5 weeks I participated in I had a great range of movement, able to get up off the floor without needing something for leverage, do squats, touch the floor, less aches and the list goes on.
Nadine really knows how to help people, of all sizes and abilities, to become more agile.

Nadine is a great coach and has a real knack of tailoring programs to support people's individual needs. Nadine is very caring and listens to your physical concerns and will refer you to the right supports on top of her own movement programs. Recommend for those with pain and fatigue.

Nadine’s thorough understanding and experience of body movement has helped me overcome many physical challenges. I also didn’t understand the effects of fatigue, stress, emotions, nutrition and through her guidance, I have a better understanding of what is happening in my body and how to deal with it through movement instead of medication.
