Great experience and always have been able to get the parts needed or ordered for overnight delivery it's awsome customer service from everyone there.
Why does your account dept cut my account from a purchase 28/29th April?
I never picked up the parts until may because u couldn't supply.
Tried today to use my account and it was on hold?
I thought at the earliest the 15th of this month it was ok to use?
Very poor as it was put back online immediately, still very much an inconvenience.
Very helpful. Even walking out front explai in to a customer where to go to get air con looked at in car.
One staff member was on the phone laughing and chatting, finishing the call, she then made another call without acknowledging my presence at the counter. The other staff member ignored me while tapping on their keyboard, then took a call while I stood in front of him. When I questioned him about being ignored he said he hadn't seen me.
Would have been good manners to just say "I'll be with you in a moment"
