Don’t regret switching salons to here and don’t think I ever will, staff here are all super nice and welcoming and I love the way my hair turns out:)

Maddie has to be one of the kindest people I have met. She is so bubbly and an absolute magician with hair.

Went to reception today to enquire about getting a haircut for my son and was told the barber was at lunch and to come back in an hour. Her whole approach to me as a customer was extremely rude, especially as she is the manager of the salon. Will not be going back as I have been going there for the last three years!

Had a dad daughter day so we decided to get her a hair cut. Just walking past thought we would pop in. She got her first wash at the hair dressers and got it cut from near her bum up to her shoulders. Big shout out to Maddie for making it such a great experience. One very happy little girl, She loved every moment of it.

My hair was dreadful when I came in, but the barber cut it way too short and now I look 5 years younger, and stupid.

Been coming to Reno’s Joondalup for over 5 years for colour, cut and styling after a disastrous experience elsewhere had me running into the store for Tania to save the day (and a lot of embarrassment not having to turn up to the office with orange hair). All the staff are really friendly & Tania always does such an amazing job, making my hair look amazing!
The only downside are the wash basins, but if you don’t mind a bit of a sore neck and putting your feet up on a stool for 15 mins, then don’t let that put you off.

Today I visited Reno’s for a full head of foils toner cut and blow dry with Elise. I had the best head of foils in 7 months and the care and attention to me was second to none. I have rebooked and are looking to my next visit, thank you Elise

I hve visited Renos n Joondalup twice in the past 6 weeks. Bella is the most meticulous Hairdresser who cut my hair with great perfection. Many people commented on my hair afyer wards and I highly recommended Bella and the gorgeous girls who wash and massage my hair. Thankyou.

Best service and the ladies where amazingl they even kept my girls entertained and happy:) let my girl play with the manican and even offered her an apprenticeship when she grows up hehehe.

I had Alicia as my hairdresser I had a wash, cut and blow-dry and from start to finish Alicia was professional, bubbly and a really beautiful person and of course hairdresser. She did an amazing cut and I could not be more happier with the results. 5 stars just for her service alone, really amazing quality will definitely be a reoccurring customer:)

Omg got my neices hair done for the ball, all I can say is amazing the price was soooo cheap for highlights and style, just amazing specialy after her make up and dressed 100% on point thus place I'm next

6 hours to do a full head of foils and a pretty average hair cut, really? Wasn't a very good experience. Nice colour but don't rate the trim. Unlikely to go back.

Rude Hair salon! Extremely rude customer service from the manager and hairdresser. I had a colour consult and got a quote day before I booked my appointment, on the day the manger said the other girl made a mistake it’s extra $100. I was shocked and she gave me a sarcastic “thank you” when I left. I could see them talking behind my back.
