Amazing service and Montanna washed and blow dry and curled my hair and looked amazing. Pan the manager is amazing. Very happy

Great staff, fabulous colour and a range of talented people to fill your need. As a fussy red head they didn't disappoint with the colour and product range is excellent. Hair up for ball done with ease and fast!

Professional and attentive service. I was so impressed with attention to detail and friendly atmosphere. For context, this was my first salon visit in 15 years, my regular hairdresser from home retired so was on the look out for a new regular. The experience was fantastic. I am so happy with my hair, thank you Harris! I was recommended this salon by a friend, so passing on the recommendation on here. I will definitely return.

Had my hair done last week, cut short with half head of highlights. Good value for money and the hairdressers were professional and happy to help you pick a style and colour.

Only improvement would be more head massage during hair washing. I was given a young skinny apprentice that had no muscles. Perfectly fine hair washer but it is just that much better when you are given a head massage as well.

I've had about 5 graduated bobs in the past couple of years but the best one I ever got was here. The lead hairstylist really knows his stuff and he guided the trainee very well, thus resulting in exactly what I was hoping for. Better than I expected, actually. Totally even, good movement, precise and flattering cut. Honestly, it's the best haircut I've had in ten years.

Highly recommended.

Have been going to Reno’s Karrinyup for years and always have the same semi colour. On my last visit i had a new colourist/trainee do my hair who said during my hair colouring to another staff member, can you please mix up the colour and check it as the last lot was “watery”. From the moment I got home I didn’t feel as though I had just had my hair done. After washing my hair I noticed that no dye leaked when washing (this has never happened when having a semi). There was also no shine which you always get with a new semi colour.
After ringing and complaining as I do not believe the right product was used I was told to come in at a particular time to have it looked at and reviewed. When I attended no one knew about my appointment and I was told “ the chart says we used semi” one of the staff acknowledged that the trainee did mention the colour was “watery” to her. They did not offer to do anything about it and basically said tough. Not the kind of service you would expect to a long term client. The fact that they offer no way of providing feedback or contacting them online says it all. Should they have simply just said I’m sorry you feel that way I wouldn’t have been as mad: there was literally just no care at all… literally had me in tears.
I spent $190 for the wrong hair treatment (I’m guessing they used permanent or just messed up the semi so much the colour didn’t take). So in short they are ok if you are after a basic colour but if they mess up they will not fix/care.
I won’t be returning

I wasn't probably the easiest customer today but everyone there were very proffesional and helped me to fix my hair colour so the result was really natural and beautiful. Thank you so much for your effort to deal with me and my highlight today. It is really much appreciated! I definitely recommend this salon to everyone. Really helpful and friendly staff.

I went and ask at the counter if they do man haircut, they said yes. I've shown the hairdresser 4/5 photos and she said is fine, so she started cutting my hair. End of story she did not know how to even hold the mashine, to cut a simple mans 30 yo hair cut. The place itself looks very neat and modern, all hairdresser's look like they coming out of a night club.
Anyway when I asked her if I can have it shorter, she said: this is a saloon if you want them shorter then you should go to a barber. So i didnt say much more and just paid and left. Why opening a place like this when you don't even have qualified people working? The only person that wasn't going checking his mobile phone every second, (example) was the Asian guy working there. He needs a promotion for his hard work.
Now its not about the money that I wasted but my time.

Such lovely ladies and the one lad! Big thank you to Brooke! I was so nervous to have my colour done by someone other then the person I have been seeing for six years. Brooke was amazing and I am so happy witb my colour and her fast efficient service. Highly recommend this place

Been visiting them regularly for wash and blow-dry. Airways friendly staff and not this too hard head massage you get at some places. The results are always too my satisfaction and they're flexibel with changes. Price is market standard.

Worst experience I’ve had in a while
Booked with one person I was recommended was moved to someone else without letting me know.
Hairdresser was impatient or too booked up, I asked for no red, 3 times, I was indecisive I understand that, I showed caramel tones and walked out with red/copper tones, was told that’s what I showed her, I asked them to wash it off so I could just leave and they wanted to charge $182.00 for what was done.
The girls tried to resolve the problem however the manager was rude, yelled and advised not to come back. I wouldn’t have come back ever again anyway.
I would stay away. I can see why the 2 star rating. Absolutely shocking

I am a new customer to this hairdresser and have been delighted with results so far. Ailsa (?) listens carefully to what I ask for, and is great at cutting my fine hair and costs are reasonable too.

Walked in and 5 staff members were chatting at the counter with one customer being attended to in the back. It was as if i interrupted there chat rudely. One of the staff took me to my seat i tried to engage in conversation, it felt like i was talking to someone in a bad mood, so i thought maybe its me. My girlfriend walked in halfway through and received the same unfriendly attitude. Speaking with her afterward; "I felt very uncomfortable". The hair cut itself was $31, but considering the quality was more a $22 haircut. No attention to detail around the ears or the tapering at the back i asked for but did not receive. Take my advice and go to Bo's Barber in Mt hawthorn. $35 but at least they like having customers.

My poor mum went in for a light perm and has come out looking like she plugged her finger in the powerpoint.she needed to feel better so spend quite a bit of $ on her hair and now feels and looks awful. Frizzy untamable hair went back to have it fixed.now she has frizzy short untamable hair.

Terrible! I asked for my light blonde hair to be made a shade darker and they ended up dying it a mousy brown (darker than my natural blonde colour)! Don't visit this salon for even slightly more complex colour requests

The worst! My boyfriend went in to have his hair cut. Asked for a number 2 at the back and sides, and to leave it long through the middle and front. He ended up with an even cut throughout. Bits of hair longer than others at the back and she didn't even bother to shave in a proper shape. The front is short. What the hell. Anyway. DON'T GO HERE!

I get my hair cut regularly at Reno's.

The staff seem to be very friendly, and are always concerned about how you feel while cutting your hair. They show utmost care in making sure that you get the style you want and are able to give good hair care tips.

If you're likely to have to wait, they will almost always offer a free hot beverage or water. I have had to wait in the salon for 40 minutes once, but they recognised their mistake and offered the hair cut free of charge.

Highly recommended.
