Had an amazing restyle after not having my hair cut for years, I forgot the ladies name but she was really nice and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it! Thank you so much:)

My friend and I were on holiday and decided to get a blowdry. They fit us in the same day. Robyn was absolutely lovely. She did such a good job and was super friendly. My friend and I have very different hair and she knew how to work with both. I would definitely return here!

Such a wonderful experience for a hair cut. Feeling relaxed and refreshed. She just knew my hair even if it was my first time there. Totally recommend.

Maybe they're good at hair but I cried for literally 2 hours after I got my makeup done for the ball tonight. I asked for natural glam and instead I paid $75 to cry, take my makeup off and stress to get it done somewhere else. The beauty store in the plaza next to the chemest was amazing and I recommend you go there instead.

I always have a wonderful massage when I visit. Kate is amazing, very caring and polite also with privacy. She makes the massage a very relaxing and calming experience. I am more than happy to visit regularly!

Lovely spa and salon right in the center of the city. I was impressed by the interior and exceptional customer service, especially since they managed to squeeze me in for an appointment at the last minute. Their prices are very competitive and I recommend visiting this gorgeous place. Located behind the York Street post office you can't miss it.

The Renew Salon was amazing, so relaxing. I couldn't believe a massage when you come in.never had that before. Jason cut my hair.brilliant I am so happy with the cut and the care he took.you can tell he is very good at what he does. He took notice of what I needed and was spot on. The girls are lovely and friendly. This is the first time having a haircut in Albany.and I obviously picked at great salon. Definitely will be back.

Great professionalism, friendly and inviting atmosphere. Holly quickly understood and FIXED my problem with hair colour which i had for months and months as nobody could match the colour rigt. The same day i was back for a facial with Hanna and absolutely enjoyed it! Skin feels and looks fantastic. Brilliant team and its a shame i was just a tourist in Albany —Renew would definetly become the salon of my choice on a permanent basis.

I went there for a leg wax, the station didn't appear to be very clean and the table was very uncomfortable. I would not return here for a waxing treatment.

Skilled hair cutter and loved the scalp massage. Very happy with the result, thanks Vanessa. Relaxing atmosphere, served herbal tea and snack. If I was a local, I’d be back for sure.

Very friendly staff. Relaxed and great massages and good hairdressers who know their job very well.
Price for haircut is quite high.
Would definitely recommend this place.
