As soon as you walk into the relaxology treatment room you instantly feel a calming nature not only by the tranquil layout but also by Lindsay’s warm presence. The session allowed me to zone out of every day stresses and feel completely relaxed. When Lindsay finished the reflexology session the information provided was highly detailed and informative and I became aware of certain areas in my body that may need extra attention and care. I can highly recommend this service to my friends / family and will definitely be returning for another session.

If there were more than five stars I'd give them. Lindsay has healing hands. Pain in lower back minimised, stiffness in hips/pelvis dramatically reduced, shoulders and neck much more relaxed. And all this after one session of reflexology! I am so happy with the results and highly recommend you go to Lindsay ASAP. Her passion, dedication & extensive knowledge shines through, making for a truly relaxing experience. You can't help but have a sneaky sleep either. Lindsay delivers the most beautiful and relaxing Indian Head Massage & Reflexology and the results were immediate for me.
My neck tension and head ache was relived by the end of our session and I felt more relaxed and 'lighter' for a long time after.
The room is very inviting and fresh, and Lindsay has a very calm and grounding energy which helps with relaxing right from the start. She is also extremely knowledgeable regarding both treatments she offers and provided me with feedback that resonated well and helped me with some of my concerns.

I fell on my knee about 6years ago now and since then I could never put any pressure or weight on it. After going to Lindsay and having reflexology sessions I can now kneel! It was amazing the other aches and pains that have just become background noise in my life are definitely less acute after seeing Lindsay. She is an amazing practitioner and I recommend anyone even those who are a little skeptical of the benefits of reflexology to just give it a go …. I did and it has improved my general well being remarkably!

I really enjoyed having both Reflexology and Indian head massage from Lindsay. I felt very relaxed on both occasions and found great benefits from both including releasing tension in my neck and shoulders. The room setting is lovely and calming.

So relaxed in Lindsay’s home studio I dozed off The thing that gives her studio the edge on others is the purpose built tranquil bathroom facility onsite!
