I am in my mid 30’s with only my superannuation as an asset (god knows the housing market is not happening for me) so i decided to look into making me super work harder for me. I engaged with Reilly Financial to assess my current situation and prepare a plan for the future. I am so pleased with the plan they have put in place which projects significantly higher returns than my current, workplace preferred provider. Duncan was my consultant and made me feel so comfortable, informed and safe throughout this whole process. I am now excited about the future and opportunities for a great retirement lifestyle thanks to undertaking this simple and beneficial process. 10/10 recommend.

*Poor communication, lack of integrity.

*Lacking integrity in Customer service-

Dot Points:
Poor communication and integrity, When asked about performance of your super- like as if they don't want customers to know how they are performing and made it into a wild goose chase when asked about it- trying to dodge the question.

Lacking integrity in Customer service-
3 months and still waiting for them to sort out my insurance, after promising they'll do it that very week. However quick to take my money and fees when transitioning.

Whole spill:
Recently moved my super with Reilly because they convinced me they perform better than Australian super.

Customer service:
The move was very swift, and they charged their fees out of my super immediately, however dragged their feet to get my insurance sorted out- still waiting for over 3 months after several calls and emails from myself attempting to trigger some sort of action plan and appointments to sort this out (as time drags out I'm getting charged double for insurance)
Additionally they've also promised they'll get it sorted out the very week I called them, but ignored after that.
Switched the responsible person to another financial consultant with hopes to change my mind about them, but with little to no difference.

Poor communication and integrity:
They have your superannuation in a web based dashboard called new quantum (NQ) - however very poorly set up for its potential.
When asked about what my current performance from inception or YTD, they couldn't tell me.
Emailed the team and a female answered back with a positive figure (1%), however when I challenged the figure given to me, they all went quiet. (I challenged because I knew the amount that went into NQ and knew the fact the value has indeed fell)

This went back and forth several times before someone came back with a (-1.5%) which sounds much more realistic to what the total value in NQ are showing.

CONCLUSION:
The customer service for this company is very slow and lacks communication (either that or I'm just being ignored)
Also concerned the way they handled the situation when I asked about current performance. As if they were trying to hide, buy time, and feed inaccurate information- assuring me the super is doing well, when its profits were negative.

FEEDBACK:
The only feedback for this team is, be honest If you don't know, or if you need to follow up, say so and have the integrity to follow up.

I offer a very big thank you to both Ziah and Nick for walking me through a task I was not willing to do myself i.e. Finding and merging all my superannuation into one fund. I am surprised at how quickly they put everything together and to see positive growth predictions, given my financial circumstances. The documentation I received appeared easy enough for me to understand, which I appreciate. Thank you both! I'll be watching to see how this plan works out over time:)

What a amazing Experience.
I sent through a enquiry with Australian Super Finder and was contacted within 24 hours by a very friendly and professional Dylan who explained what the company could do to help me secure a more fruitful future.
I then was given some fantastic financial advice by Nick who explained everything in detail every step of the way.
Cannot recommend enough!

Be aware they give you wrong information then they take a high fee to start do not go with company they give false information I lost money with them do not accept their Facebook information.because of Reilly I have lost money do not get financial advice from them they put my money to
Macquarie bank and they did not perform at all false financial information they are
