I have been seeing a lot chiropractors but none of them were able to resolve my lower back issues or provide me with proper guidance on self-care and the treatment process. However, Dr. Gemma is a remarkable exception. Not only did she successfully address my problem, but she also took the time to explain how I can take care of myself and understand the underlying issues. I’ve been to 5 different chiropractors and some Physio’s also, and Dr. Gemma is by far the best. She also does effective dry needling. Gemma is very considerate and always checks in to see if I’m in pain and she’ll be softer if I say so (no pain no gain I say though). If you’re looking for someone who actually helps your body to heal through whole body treatments, adjustments and exercises, Reignite is the place for you.

I’ve had great results with Gemma, I had both tight hamstrings & lower back pain and after trying both Physio and Massage without success went to Gemma. She sorted both issues after an initial weekly treatment plan and after working out how long before my issues start to reoccur I’ve now moved onto monthly maintenance appointments and had no problems since. I’d highly recommend.

Gemma is a wonderful Chiropractor. She is very through and she is also very kind. Initially my dentist stated I would be grinding and it would be caused by stress. I did not feel like I was stressed but someone mentioned to me that her grinding was resolved by Chiropractic so I decided to give it a go. It was very interesting after the procedure, I felt my jaw was very relaxed, felt light, and even my body felt very relaxed. It feels almost like after practising yoga but someone does it for you!

Gemma is amazing with what she does. Both my kids and I see Gemma and we are always happy with her work on us. Always professional and always happy to help in any way. We highly recommend Gemma.
