Regents staff are friendly, helpful and always smiling, even in what can be some challenging situations. The grounds are kept beautifully neat and tidy and a pleasure to visit. Parking can be a bit tight sometimes but overall, it's is in a lovely area and I recommend popping in if you are considering this place for yourself or a family member.
Concerned at how employees take liberty in making grossly inappropriate jokes online about memory loss. Excuses like “I work in aged care” or “you don’t know what it’s like” make it seem like there’s a strong sense of animosity towards those in their care. I would prefer seeing more supportive comments, but we all know how negative senior care can be for those declining in health. Memory loss is never funny, especially to those affected by it. Please have a set standard for employees on how they conduct themselves, because it is chilling to see people leave flippant comments when they’re a caregiver. I don’t want to see doctors and nurses cracking jokes at peoples expense, either.

If you have enough money (considering this place is more expensive than you can shake a stick at) and want a happy retirement and friendly staff service who will tend to your requests asap this is the place to go.
