5Walked in, got a temperature gun smashed on my forehead with no consent whatsoever, no explanation, just rude. Got refused entry as this place is part of all the business discriminating between people who have been vaccinated and people who have not. Will definitely not recommend, and will tell people not to send their loved ones in there.
Understaff, hardly speak English. Barely do there job, never around to care for their patients. I would recommend a different place to send your love ones.
A lovely aged care but don't always have things done for my Dad that we request.
UNDERSTAFFED! They need to hire more people so they can look after the residents.
