Regency Beach Club reviews
29I only had the opportunity to stay for one evening. The location is idealic and the accommodation is perfect for families and groups. The accommodation has everything you need for a holiday. A games room, canoes, fully appointed kitchen. The Dunsborough shops are a short stroll or a very quick drive. The view at the accommodation is beautiful and you can feel the stress leaving your body as you look out over the ocean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they were very supportive. Thank you so much.
Fantastic location and facilities, however the poor quality of bedroom blinds in rooms facing the morning sun was torturous!
Would be unbearable in the summer,
Thank you to all the staff so supportive and very helpful nothing is to much trouble! Thanks for Renee and Shelley and the whole team keep up the great work!
This is a great location with a great 10mins walk along the beach or along the road into Dunsborough town centre.
The standard of homes are presented stunningly and close to all the excellent amenities. Highly recommend this place and we will be back feels like home from home.
Thanks Mark & Family.
I stayed here for 2 nights. The unit I stayed in had what I think in my opinion is an unsafe step (I actually tripped off the step and broke my foot). I’ve been advised the step was built according to code and isn’t in disrepair, my issue is I think safety can be improved to make the step more obvious and safer. Floor level lighting or a reflective strip or similar type of safety intervention. I’ve raised this with the owner of the property just to be told no such incident has ever happened before mine, However this does nothing to prevent future incidents. Particularly, if you have mobility concerns or young children, I would avoid staying at this unit because of the safety concern.
Great place. Right on the beach. Stayed in 12a woth family of 4 plus parents and was a clean house with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Will definitely come back.
Fantastic position, easy walk into Dunsborough. The house was perfect for multiple families with the bonus of a huge play room with table tennis and pool. Bikes and kayaks provided and free to use.
Can't recommend Regency Beach Club enough.
Could not fault a thing, super helpful and accommodating, I think a few in our group will be back including me!
Overpriced, sleeping in the heat on top of each other. Not suitable for couples in summer:
Beautiful location & grounds. However, we were very disappointed with our accommodation. HOUSE 28A - There is no air conditioning in any of the 3 x bedrooms or in the children's sleeping quarters. The 3 x bedrooms all have queen size beds. My husband had to sleep on the floor as we are both tall. The 2 x old tv's need to be upgraded to smart tv's. Drains in bathroom stink out house. This was not value for money. If we wearnt paying $3,000 for 7 nights then I would not be complaining, however we did and I would expect a higher standard and policy for the owners when we are paying premium pricing.
Clean & modern accomodation - with beautiful views across the ocean. WiFi & Mobile reception can be spotty depending on which unit you stay in - but this year it has been noticeably better. About 10-15 minute walk to town and right on the beach.
Stayed in House 7 on beach front. Huge place great for two families with large theatre room upstairs. Great facilities, very clean and excellent staff.
Was about to spend our wedding anniversary next January, asking for availability/vacancies from one of your staff (Kylie). Very short responses without any information given as I asked. I asked for info about pricing, I didn't mention how many nights we're going to stay. Instead of asking me how many nights I was thinking about staying, she straightaway told me that they didn't accept single night booking. Guess my money is going somewhere else with more friendly, helpful and enthusiastic staff.
Amazing houses, fully equipped, modern and on the beach! Great location close to Dunsborough town. The property managers Margaret and husband were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Very clean, excellent location, value for money, spacious, everything you could want in a resort.
We were in a four bedroom, four bathroom stand alone unit. It had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and a large modern BBQ.
It was a beachfront unit with a carport for two cars, but open parking available for more vehicles. It also had a theatre room upstairs.
One of the best places in the south west for a relaxing share house.
These places are so well maintained and are situated right in the heart of Dunsborough.
Last house we had over looked the water, with a short 5 minute walk to town.
Regency has access to a pool and tennis courts. Great getaway!
This place is absolutely lovely, the house we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. It was beachfront and had everything we needed! All of our guests loved the 5 bedroom house we had!
Wow, just stunning. A lovely visit to Dunsborough, these houses were just beautiful. We were there on a girls trip and it was perfect!
Great place for a relaxing family getaway. High quality accommodation, a reasonable gym and a great pool.
Beautiful setting, great accommodation. Love fact that the mature trees have been kept. Grounds are wonderfully maintained. Right near the beach and lovely little town. Great places to eat and drink.
Unbelievable! 100% clean 100% what the advertisement said. Beautiful views, very spacious and comfortable. A fantastic experience if you are ever visiting the Margaret River region
