I highly recommend Alex for any Neck, Shoulder, Back or Knee pain.
I used to get really bad knee pain when I was running, so painful that I was ready to give it up completely! A friend then recommended to me that I go see Alex. He worked out what the problem was within the first session! And I was pain free within the first month! He's also helped me with my back and neck pain from sitting at a desk all day. Life saver!
