Always easy to get in and have my hair cut. Very professional ladies. Always cut my hair to the way I want it. Pricing is really good too. I don't go anywhere else.

I went to this place and it was terrible The staff were rude and didn’t let me tell them what hair cut I wanted so they shaved off all of my hair trust me if you want to keep your hair don’t go if I could give it zero stars I would

Best blow wave and style by Christina. Very good product recommendation for my curly unruly hair. Cost effective. Definitely recommend the Midland salon.
Can't follow instructions, or is deaf. I asked for a dry trim indicating cutting off no more than 2 CM the hairdresser cut 8 CM off my hair.
Went to this hair dressing place to get my hair cut, was not impressed at all, asked for a trim, got at least 8cm taken off, this lady was very rude to me, not impressed one bit, would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!
I came to Redz about 12 months ago and the customer service was absolutely disgusting! Rude and unwelcoming, 12 months on I thought I would give them another go as the other barber was packed.the same lady from before came out and once again the vibe was sour and like I owed her to be there! Not one smile, rude as always.
I decided to take my 2 boys over to the massive Que across the walk way.
Will never go back and with the cost of rent I suggest you get rid of the lady with the disgusting attitude as that's probably why the Salon is ALWAYS EMPTY!
Wow friendly, professional, fairly priced. My second visit was as good as the first visit. I can highly recommend REDZ at Midland Gate you now have me as a regular customer. Very refreshing in this day and age to find a business whose staff are very customer focused and professional.

Extremely unimpressed. Staff demanded I sign up to their membership program (by providing a bunch of personal information) and refused to cut my hair when I declined. What a ridiculous way to do business.
BTW - This had nothing to do with any COVID restrictions.
WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. After spending $100's my hair came out totally different in the worst possible way. I didn't say anything as I felt completely intimidated.
I also witnessed staff bullying, I felt so sorry for one of the female staff members. In the time I was there, she was almost reduced to tears (credit to her for holding it together In front of clients). She was undermined, ignored, ganged up on and spoken to in an absolutely demeaning and unprofessional way.
I will never return to that store and had to go somewhere else spend $100's more to have my hair fixed so I didnt feel totally humiliated out in public.

Took my son in for a pretty basic haircut. Showed photos of his last haircut from every single angle. He ended up with a totally different haircut and it look absolutely terrible. Completely butchered it. If you cannot do a haircut just say you can’t instead of pretending you can and then destroying someone’s hair.
My partner went to reds for a hair cut, showed them a photo of what she was after and received nothing of the sort, once the girl started talking she found out she was a 1st year apprentice. She was not informed of this before hand and after the horrible haircut was told “it’s a learning curve” by the so called manager, as you can see by all the other poor reviews this is a joke of a hair salon.
I think the hairdresser rushed mine and didn't put much effort into it. My friend told me that the hair dryer was too hot and burnt her head however, the staff members were super friendly.
I showed a picture of the bangs I wanted my hair came out uneven and shorter than I asked, also while washing the lady pulled my hair several times. My hair looks like a home job
Have had a undercut for the past 4 years due to my hair being very thick. Got a walk in appiontment just for my undercut and was charged $10.
Got home and my partner notice that the straight line that was my hairline between ponytail and undercut had a chunk of hair missing. Also my neck still had thin baby hair up the sides. The hairdresser did not show me the back of my head like most hairdresser do, likely because she knew she had stuffed up my undercut.
Really angry and upset that something as simple as a undercut that my unqualified partner usually does at home was not executed correctly.
I would not recommend anyone to use this hairdresser (don't know her name).
Not sure about the quality of other hairdresser at this salon but one bad experience will not see me returning.
I was very happy with the quality of hair care provided at Redz Midland. I had the package including streaks, cut, shampoo and blow dry.
I have very thin fine hair, which is the bane of my existence, but staff there dealt with the issues very well indeed. Soooo much better value than others I could name in the vicinity.
At last a reliable service I can go to, and good value at a very acceptable low price. Thanks staff there!
I took my toddler for a hair cut, I asked for advice and also asked for a trim and to get the hair out of his eyes
My son's hair was absolutely butchered and I even had to say to the hairdresser that was enough
There are areas that are patchy and long pieces that were missed
The overall style is not flattering, it would be great if the staff at Redz spoke to the kids and warmed to them to make the experience a bit more enjoyable for the kids
I am so disappointed in the hair cut I am taking my son to a barber to get it fixed tomorrow
