So I have been standing at the front desk now for 10 minutes and not one of the 2 people even acknowledged I was there! Rude much

Shampoo, blow dry and a bit of straightening on a short/medium bob there a total of 30 mins - $89.00. To over priced for me, I won’t be going back.

Very expensive and bad quality for dye and hair cuts. Can't even do a simple layered haircut.

Was so happy with the service and professional advice today at Redz. It’s important to have a hairdresser that understands what result you want. Barb was exceptionally helpful and took her time to understand what outcome I wanted. Loving my new hair style and colour?

Professional staff nice and friendly but don’t want to be rude I wanted tight curls showed multiple photos and I’ve been saving up for the perm for a while as it was $110 I thought it would be all good I waited 48 hours and everything not really mad at them just sad that I spent all my money and it turned it to be basically straight: (and the same as my hair before even with the curling cream

I have been coming here for years to get mine and my sons (Jaxon) haircut. Often the owner cuts our hair. Always been extremely happy with the service and very reasonable prices. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about her customers. Obviously at the moment with massive staff shortages across retail there are challenges however for the prices you pay here the service is very good value for money.

Worst service ever had me sitting in chair waiting for haircut for over an hour yet whenever someone else came in I'd see them getting a haircut right away but had me sitting in the chair for over an hour

Hi my name is Kim, this is the 2nd time I’ve been here. My scalp is very sensitive to hair dye, I’ve only had highlights in my hair using the cap only, every time people have used foils and said they will make sure they won’t go near my Scalp, they always seem to get it on my scalp and I end up with a massive head infection. I haven’t found anyone to take me seriously and care about their customer until I meet Julian from Redz. She was so patient and very understanding she cared for me like I was important. Julian used foils on my head, using bleach and colour to lift the orange out of my hair and gave me a nice icy blond look which I love. Her patient and care factor was overwhelming. It’s been 2 days after my hair was done, and there is no infection. If people just knew how much that means to me. It’s an amazing feeling. Thank you very much Julian.

Have been coming to Redz for years, I have a busy work schedule which means I often need a last minute appointment, they’re also very accommodating if I’m running late.

My colour’s always spot on, the cut super, the girls are lovely, and I get a cup of tea!

Honestly i highly recommend Sareka i have never walked out of a salon this happy with my cut over the moon. Great service she wasnt pushing me to buy products even though i need it but will deffinatly start getting her recommended advice. For me she has built a trust with me and now i will be going back to her always.i cant thank her enough.to top it off hubby loves it too bonus.

Lady's were lovely however I received the worst haircut in my life, unfortunately I will not be returning. - yes they have tried to contact me, however i would never trust them to touch my hair again.word of advice, don't get snappy or narky with customers.

Bad haircut. I brought in a picture and the cut looked absolutely nothing like it. I lost total confidence in the shop and when I said I did not trust anyone there to fix it I was told I still had to pay. At the end I did not have to pay but only after making a fuss. Very rude and not the best haircutters work here.

Great customer services, the girls are so lovely and very friendly. Very cheap prices, I had foils done for a goods price and the result is just amazing, I will definitely going back again and again. Highly recommended.
