I've been three times now and I've had a great hair cut with wonderful customer service. My most recent cut has given me so many compliments. Thank you!

The staff cut 30% more off than I asked for, very choppy layering and I had to ask to have it blended through twice and it was still uneven. The hairdresser was very rough with combing through my hair and kept ripping through any knots she came across. I had to get it fixed at another salon. Unless you just want a straight trim go to somewhere else that you can trust will do a professional job

Booked in with Ruby after seeing raving reviews and was very impressed! Ruby is a very skilled, humble and caring professional. She listened and understood what I was after and executed the cut to a high standard! Would definitely recommend booking in with Ruby!

Worst hair cut I have ever had. The one star I gave is solely for the lovely girl at the front desk. Went in for a simple trim on some layering and my hair was slaughtered! Don't know the name of the hairdresser but she was Asian with black bobbed hair. When I was told that she would be cutting my hair I don't know why but I had a bad feeling about her that I nearly changed my mind and was going to walk back out. Unfortunately I didn't listen to my gut feeling and her lack of professional was obvious the moment she started cutting. She knew I wasn't liking what she was doing to my hair but she didn't want to know anything about what I was saying to her. She has no idea how to do simple trim. Seems she didn't even know what she was doing. I wanted to just get up and walk before she ruined it but resentfully I didn't and now my hair is disgusting! @ Eas going to a 60th tomorrow but am so upset and devastated at how my hair looks I am too embarrassed and upset to go now as I have seen a couple of people I know and straight away they said "what have you done to your hair ". I will never ever go near this salon again and will never ever recommend anyone to go there either. Devastated is an understatement

Got my hair cut and the kids, Ruby was amazing, entertained the kids with monster barbie dolls and sensory toys. She listened to what we wanted and delivered, all done with a smile and a laugh.

Ruby is a legend! She fixed my color, my odd haircut and even suggested new shampoo to use, the only negative is that in this salon they allocate very short periods for services so they are always running late, They should allow more time to do a colour or cut as it definitely takes longer that 30 min.
Otherwise you should only book early in the morning when hey run "sort of" on time.

I had a poor experience here. The woman who cut my hair had terrible communication skills, her first language was not English and I felt she did not understand me. I'd asked for a trim, I have really fine hair and it's taken me years to grow it past my collar bones. I have my hair cut regularly and it is in healthy condition. The trim she gave me cut far too much off. From the back and the sides and front. She cut too far in around my face and I had to ask her to stop, now the hair framing my face is lopsided. I had this cut a week ago and I am still very upset with the outcome. I wish I had never gone.

Ruby is excellent.kind, caring, patient, good customer service, takes her time, attention to detail, hence providing a good cut and colour, to the customer's satisfaction. Would highly recommend Redz. Thankyou Ruby, love your tattoos, something to enjoy for free, whilst having your hair done.

Beautiful hair cut for my daughter. Ruby and our daughter bonded over Harry Potter. She had wonderful techniques for getting kids to sit still and enjoy their hair cut.

Ruby is fantastic - makes the whole experience extremely enjoyable and loves to get to know her clients! I can now call Ruby not just a hairdresser but a good friend - would recommend to anyone needing a new hairdresser!

I called up and asked for a cut and colour and warned the person on phone I had very long and thick hair but wanted an all over colour. I got to salon, got quoted by colourist. I noticed she was only doing my roots, I said I wanted an all over colour. She told me she'd need more product and it would cost an extra 40 dollars, I couldn't do anything but agree, my hair was half coloured. No one spoke to me until the lady who cut my hair, she was more pleasant. I wasn't offered even a glass of water the whole 2+ hours I was there. When it was done, my colour was not consistent throughout my hair and my hair was very dry. What was meant to be a birthday gift for a single mother turned out to be a very expensive, unhappy experience.

Comea across like a discount hairdresser but isnt that cheap. Very crowded and cluttered. Unhappy staff. Not sure why they dont take responsibility for the good vibe they could create in here, but instead decide to be miserable and blame Westfield for not giving them a larger premises. There are lovely boutiques you can go to and pay the same amount while you relax in the space and have a hairdresser who is attentive, friendly, SMILES AT YOU WHEN YOU ENTER, and is not rushed or stressed. Go there instead.

My stylist is Ruby and she is absolutely wonderful, had to find a new stylist when I relocated from interstate and couldn't be happier. Ruby has a great personality, happy to take advice on what you want to get done, recommends ways of improving anything and with that combo you get an awesome haircut. Definitely recommend the team at Redz Innaloo.
