I attended this clinic to get microsuction and a hearing check. Mr Dias was amazing, talked me through the processes and explained everything as he went. He assessed what I needed and what I didnt need. If you are nervous about getting a check, dont be. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the process. Highly recommend. Thank you

I had an ear blockage from earwax and I came in late due to GPS issues. Dr. Leo has been very patient and still accommodated me. Leo Dias visited my 100yo mother in the aged care facility in which she lives today to assess her hearing. This portable visit was a godsend for my mother as was the highly experienced gentle man who attended. Leo gave mum his attention, time and experience, immediately achieving a benefit for her hearing with some wax removal, recommendations for future management, and the servicing of her current hearing aids. I had a pretty blocked ear which was causing me considerable discomfort. After ringing 6 or 7 companies, no one would / could accomodate me on short notice, but Mr Leo Dias from Rediscover Hearing stayed back to treat my issue - he was actually just leaving for the day. He was very pleasant, kept me informed at all stages of the procedure and was done in a very short period of time. On top of that, he is a very pleasant person to talk to.

We took my Mum to Leo Dias for a routine ear check. On checking with the camera, a lot of wax was found. So he suggested using drops for a week and then undertook the wax micro suction procedure. That totally cleaned it as seen in the pictures below. All of us and Mum are very happy. Leo’s service, patience and good nature all contributed to this good outcome. Saw Leo Dias for difficulty in hearing. He inspected my ears using a micro camera showed the live image of the ear on a mobile phone. He recommended a spray to soften the wax. He managed to remove the wax with ease and without any pain.

I saw Leo Dias for itchiness in my ears. I was wondering it could be due to wax and went to get it removed. He inspected my ears and with the help of a micro camera showed the live image of inside ear on a mobile phone and explained in detail. It was so impressive to see inside image of my ears for the first time. There was no wax at all. He recommended to go for ear drops and did not charge any fee as there was no wax to be removed! I found Leo very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
