50If I could give this place a zero I would. Disagree with the doctors assessment of not letting me back to full duties. The assessment was a joke. Highly recommend anyone that needs a doctor do not use redimed. (Don’t know how I am suspossed to get these extra tests she wants done either, not even a referral from her)

I think Redimed modelled itself on the TV show Faulty Towers in the way it treats patients.
I don't appreciate being lied to and having my time and money wasted.
Iv'e told my GP about my experiences here and will never return and I suggest anyone who's GP tries giving them a referral here to tell them to find somewhere else.

I had initially been scheduled for an appointment, but unfortunately, couldn't meet with the specialist for a month. Upon my visit, Fiona, one of the administrative staff members, recognized the gravity of my situation and promptly arranged an appointment for me the following morning. Without her compassionate and understanding approach, I may have gone into another stage. She played a crucial role in saving my life, and I express my sincere gratitude to her alone. The rest, including the doctors, though highly skilled lacked empathy. TR is not my real name.
Got a broken hand, my day job is a labourer, I need to hands to work. The dr wrote me a note saying I can't use my right hand but could work certain jobs
So now I get no cover from cemtrelink to keep me afloat, and no money from my insurance, so thankyou redi med for making as a wonderful time, I guess saying unfit for work with a broken hand was not acceptable from YOUR CLINIC.how can a dr properly treat someone when he has 6 patients in separate drs cubicles on the go at the same time

This place is a joke front desk needs alot of improvement their staff are rude, communication is very poor do not come to this place for a medical.
This place is nothing more than a money making scam. Totally useless, basically let’s play doctors and nurses
I’ve had excellent service from Redimed at Joondalup, especially from Shirley in accounts for helping me with my Medicare/Health Fund claim.
Could not recommend. Surgeon operated on my left foot to remove skin cancer despite biopsies before and after indicating there was no skin cancer
If you are booked in for a time to be seen for a certain time for a medical. They are all ways running well over time, due to me work I have to have Medicals yearly and they are constantly 30mins late seeing you. And they expect you to sit there and wait when you have a D&A busting to go to toilet.
$240 for 5 minute chat about why he didn't recommend draining a lump after receiving a referral to do so. And if they were to do it, it would be a follow up session anyway. What a money grabbing scam.
Terrible place, absolute rip off! Charged over $100 for literally less than a two minute appointment.
Please be warned full of hidden fees. Telling you that the additional fees are covered by medicare but they aren't. Also they don't tell you all the fees on the beginning. Really bad management. Should have read the reviews. They defiantly tell the true story

Every time the wait is minimum 1 hour, even tho you have a scheduled appointment.
$240 for 10 mins, just to be told $700 for the procedure. I was under impression the procedure was going to be bulk bill and would never have gone if I'd known. Feel ripped off, do not recommend.
I've had hand surgery and therapy sessions here for several months and everything has been excellent. I'm really grateful for all the staff that made this an easy process and helped me made a full recovery!
I hope that the Ceo, your Operational Manager, Marney Houston, has referred to, has the integrity to address that this person is misrepresenting Redimed. Personally, as a professional in this sector, if I was to lie to a client 3 times IN WRITING, I would be unemployed.
Operational staff are a reflection of this management and I hope i can help others by recommending considering an alternative service before clicking the call button.
There has been no patient care factor, no follow up appointment offered and distressing experience supported by evidence involving Insurance Commission WA.
For consideration of your health, and expense, please accept my recommendation to research prior to booking an appointment as I extend my regret not seeking help elsewhere.

After spending 50 minutes waiting for my appointment, finally got seen by the specialist to utter a few words which were along the lines of “we can book you in for the procedure go and see the receptionist for a date” And that was it. I don’t mind quick consultations but having the long wait and then the full price fee for a 15 second consult is a bit much. Suggestion… ring patient and advise specialist is taking too much on, and is behind on consults.
My mum had an appointment booked for today (this afternoon) and has been trying to call since yesterday morning, she even emailed them direct. She ended up on the phone for 30 minutes last night before they ticked over to ‘we’re closed’ so she left a message advising she wouldn’t be in. Funny but a phone call still came through today to say that she’d missed her appointment. Yet she tried to call straight back and again straight back to voicemail.
Wouldn’t recommend these guys purely based on their customer service!
I have read other reviews, iam I at the same place my Dr Hanh Nguyen my nurses name was Amy they were so efficient, caring and very pleasant. After care was just as pleasant. My family could not believe I did not having something to complain about. Thank you all so much.

All the staff are very helpful and welcoming, Dr. Chu and the nurse who treated me was very friendly and helped make me feel calm about infected cyst treatment
The atmosphere of the clinic was bright and positive, thank you to all the staff
