Red Rooster reviews
40Very disappointing.ordered here last night for the first time and the food was such poor quality.and my husband got food poisoning from his spicy box- he was throwing up all night and so lethargic today!: (
I asked for a spicy burger, the guy responded/confirmed my order as a spicy burger meal, I replied 'no just a burger'. I then drove around to the purchase/collect window to find I am to be charged for a 'meal'. Whilst the guy apologised, and said he wasn't trying to 'upsell' me, I don't think he was being entirely truthful, or it has become second nature, and they don't realise they are doing it. Please be respectful of your customer's, this sort of thing happens nearly every time, it makes for an unpleasant experience, and makes me angry. If this happens again I will be parking my car and coming in to talk about it.
Best customer service out of the Red Rooster restaurants I have been to locally and across the county. Friendly, fast service, food was excellent temperature. Wish I could give more stars out of 5, the guy at the drive through window just now deserves a medal. Other Red Rooster stores would benefit from learning excellence in customer service from here
I don’t know if the owners have changed or what’s happened but the decline in both service and quality of food has been appalling. Three times in row now I’ve received old chips that are browned, hard, and only slightly warm. Can’t eat any of it, such a waste of money. Used to been known for their good chips, shame.
Unfortunately chicken cand be Dry and over cooked. Unfortunately the dinners are not as good as they used to be and the Chicken rolls over ZAPPED in the microwave
This resturant have a worst staff ever I deal in my life. They don't know how to do the well customer service. The staff are very rude to me. Please take the serious action on your staff otherwise your business earning gonna be lose day by day
We frequent Red Rooster Joondanna.
The Boys are friendly, caring and hard working.
The food is absolutely!
Pineapple Fritters are the best.
Will always come back.
The friendly people in the old green ford sedan.
Thank You
Burger is not made properly with all the filling falling off as soon as you open the pack and drink also not provided with the meal box
The chicken roll was dry and tasteless, like it had been sitting around for a day. The chips were stale.
Pretty decent but one time they gave me a cheeseburger with semi frozen buns. Rest of the time pretty good but.
Waited ages to order due to unattended front counter. Then after we left I discovered they'd given me the wrong item (rippa instead of the flayva I'd ordered)
I just went through drive through and waited no joke 15-20 min thinking I will least to be fresh and nice and hot so I’ll enjoy it more, Well how wrong was I it was absolutely freezing cold and I am not joking one bit the gravy and mash and peas look like my young boys chuck after he has eaten to much. Absolutely disgusted and will never ever ever return to that place again very poor service and poor food disgusting.
You got my phone number I left u my phone last night at 9.58pm on ur phone number so u can contact me anytime.
Weird people. Told them about my order, they slammed the window, shouting and yelling. Went to confront them in store and got my refund. They were little mouses behind the counter. Don’t support these people they don’t deserve a cent
Went through the same drive through i have been going to for 10 years, when i was virtually blamed for ordering a large meal when i only wanted a regular meal When i tried to explain that i didn't hear him say large meal.he talked over me.again & again.until i cursed at him then he slammed the window shut & didn't take my order. Cheeky young man new to the job, with long black hair 4pm 20/03/20222. FUMING! Never again!
Food is good but frive thru speaker is hard to hear what they're saying and they cant hear you properly
Service is terrible at this Red Rooster, have been several times and always disappointed. Quality of the chicken never matches that of other better Red Rooster locations, the employees are very rude and never apologise for their mistakes. Have had ONE good experience of them getting my order right, all other times there have been mistakes in either them missing something or getting the size wrong. Will be going out of my way to a different, better location and you should do the same. Don't stop here.
Tuart Hill RR has the best fried chicken in town. Crispy not greasy. Perfectly cooked chicken. My daughter only eats this fried chicken. Have I said fried chicken enough?
Had this red rooster store for lunch and it seemed undercooked everyone is feeling pretty queasy. Not impressed.
The clerk has been chatting, casual, not busy recording, the guests in front of the counter pick up the meal, no one has been servese, the meal is ready, no one handed it to the customer, wasting time!
First time in this particular place and first time I've eaten Dead Rooster in over twenty years. And I only went to try their Fried Chicken.
Hmmmm.how do I express my disappointment. Have you ever had Kentucky Fried Chicken? Imagine that. Minus the Colonel's 11 Secret Herbs and Spices.
I could have made it better at home.
Having the Man ask me what piece I wanted, wing or leg? Didn't help.
If you are offering a two piece pack, with or without chips. The usual thing, historically speaking. Is give the customer a large and small piece. Like the thigh or breast plus a drumstick or wing.
Don't just offer the two smallest pieces of the Chicken. It makes you look cheap.
At least it wasn't expensive. Two dollars each. But I'm Old. I remember in the 70s getting two pieces and chips, in a bigger box. For $1.99! Even the old Hawaiian pack with a quarter of Chicken, chips and a fried Banana or Pineapple slice was only a dollar more.
Just try harder, Red Rooster. Please.
