Red Rooster

My family had Covid and I thought it would be nice to get them some take away. I got a rooster roll for myself and when i got it, the bread was soggy and I guarantee food poisoning if if I ate this… also where is the lettuce?

I’m find a hair in one of my chicken part and find out they’re not wearing something to provide this.

Last few times I've tried to order through the app there has been issues. Not getting my food, items missing. Left waiting. No accountability for missing items. Was always quick and easy before. I don't drive and have enjoyed the food but nervous to order again. I was happy with them previously but waiting hours for food that never comes hard when you're tired after work. Lost my loyality credit last time too and couldn't get that back. Must say the staff have been lovely though and shout out to Brodie who gives amazing customer service.
***Thought I'd give them one last go last night and the honey fried chicken was yummy. And my order finally got through the app OK!

Only went through the drive-thru but still the staff taking the order and the girl taking the money and handing out the order always friendly

Worst meal ever, fried chicken 6 pieces nothing but bones, dreadful

Myself and my gf got covid right. So i thought it would be nice to order some takeaway on uber.

I ordered a rooster roll. Turns up flat as hell because everything else was stacked on top of it. Wasn't the driver's fault.

I mean cmon, when you pack your groceries you don't put bread at the bottom and then everything else on top. Just common sense man.

Bit disappointed tbh.

I’ve tired contacting head office, they where rude or didn’t answer the phone number provided

Waited at the counter for 12 minutes waiting to be served. Staff were all serving the drive-through customers. Eventually left and bought my lunch elsewhere.

Tried to call, no one picked up, my chicken nibbles were burnt, chips under cooked, my spicy chicken burger, well the chicken was dry and cold, buns were cold, lettuce every where! Was absolutely disappointed!

Sold me half a rooster roll covered in mayo garlic bread was dry as n there was a hair on it

This red rooster is one of my reliable favourites. The guy who takes the order at the drive through has a great accent and occa nature. Never been an issue with my order and they're happy to let you specify what chicken cut you want.

Was very disappointed shop was dirty toilets absolutely disgusting and chicken roll was so dry with hardly any Mayo. I always used to go there when I came to visit area but never again.lift your game bid rooster

Too often getting handed cold chips. Today cold chips and cold reds burger. I.m over it. No more red rooster. Did someone say Kfc.

The fried chicken in my burger was still partly frozen inside. Fingers crossed I don't get salmonella.

When I brought this to the attention of the service staff at the counter, they did not offer a refund, or even apologize, instead they asked if I "wanted another"

I know they're minimum wage workers and I shouldn't expect much, but seriously. Being served uncooked chicken is beyond the pale.

Was ok. Thought service was a lil bit slack. Had to wait a small while longer than you'd expect even though shop was empty. Other than that, no complaints

You can guarantee three things in life, death, taxes & the service at Red Rooster Hamilton Hill will be horrific!
I would recommend changing the management, getting better staff who don’t swear, yell and speak rudely to the customers. I’ve observed three times over the past two months this horrific behaviour.

Pathetic Triple Hellfire Burger, staff straight up lie to your face. I've had much better experiences with all other Red Rooster restaurants which provide adequate servings.

Sad.ordered chicken flavor wrap, it was warped so tight it reassembled a cigar it did have some chicken it was on only a strip, then a strip off lettuce and the tail end off tomato, I thought it said it had cheese (no cheese) so what I got was alot of wrap for $$8+ ripped off! Hammy hill

Not too bad at all for fast food chicken, service was fast and friendly as well as professional. Good deals on some of the meals as well as plenty of parking available as well as a few disabled bays. I was actually surprised by the quality of food and service.
