Red Rooster

The service was so bad. Worker barely wanted to serve us and walked off on us when we wanted a receipt. Very poor customer service. Will not be back.

This store is not busy at all still showing attitude secondly, no parking if that’s why main issue you should buy or rent a car park so customers and Uber driver can easily access your premises.
Owner should take some action rather than sitting in his house. Stupid

$54 spent on pick up on a busy time at 6pm on a Thursday night only to get home and ask what has happened to Red Rooster QA/QI. Yes admittedly it has been a while since we where stung by poor quality from another store south of the river but very sad to see this store is not much better. Avoid mash and gravy unless you are keen on congealed potato that does not even resemble mash. Any of the items we purchased that was in a bread roll was cold and needed to be re-heated in our own microwave. Our sad old family box of chips just scrapped in to the Red Rooster chips of old. Our first time trying the Red Hot Fried but sadly our last.box full of oily soft chicken. Sorry Red Rooster EVP but we might give you a miss in future.

A male person gave me wrong order. Requested classic roast dinner. Got chicken roll and chips.

NOT GOING THERE AGAIN. GET IT RIGHT. SOMEONE GOT MY ORDER I ASSUME? NOT FIRST TIME THEY MADE MISTAKES

Just came back from this Vic.branch (today 17th April 2023) after I ordered a take-away rooster feed meal around 6: 30 to 6: 45 pm. The gentleman who took & handed me my order cancelled the 2 sauces on purpose without asking. Never asked about the sauces before he took them off without any right. I noticed the missing items after getting home. That was Intentional! Poor service.

Drive through food was nice. Place always looks deserted. Staff could be happier and friendlier

I love red rooster for their pineapple fritters.
It gets quite busy during evenings.
Opens until little. Good option if you are driving through Albany highway.

Normal Red Rooster franchise store. Onsite free parking available. One good thing I'd like to point out is the super crunchy and fresh spicy chicken most of the time. Only had 1 soggy chicken out of many visits.

Usually busy either to go in or drive through. They have short on staffs so expect for a long wait time to order or get your order. Didnt take photo for this review as theres nothing special to see, a normal fried chicken that you could imagine.

The manager was extremely rude and ill mannered. Totally unsuitable for a job involving customer service. He also didn't know his stuff, he wanted to charge me extra for extra stuffing, something ALL chicken restaurants do for free.

If I could give a zero I would. I am pretty sure that he just gave me leftovers from yesterday and didn't even have the courtesy to warm them up. They were barely even luke warm. Soggy reheated chips and cold chicken tenders. Thats enough to put you off red rooster for good.

Extremely dirty, very old, I knew from the start when there was no red rooster rolls available peak time on a Friday that I should not order. I however proceeded and spent $30 and had to throw everything out from fear of getting sick, absolutely filthy and inedible. I would give - 5

I got there earlier than opening and the staff were hurrying quickly to make sure they were able to serve me on time. The crew were awesome. The drive thru area needs a bit of attention, otherwise they rock.

First time, it was nice and well priced. Roast potatoes great, corn was so good, I had one bite and lost it to the child.

Horrendous customer service! Ordered a chicken, 1.5L drink, gravy and chips combo for delivery. Ordered chicken cut into 8 pieces (as per their options). Left VERY clear instructions for the driver (black car and black motorcycle in driveway - the only one on my street).

Driver came past. Missed my (the only lit driveway) 3-4 times until I walked out to the road to flag him down. Driver pulled up, handed me a bag out the window and drove off.

Immediately realised that my drink was missing, but driver was now 50m up the road and gone. Got inside and found the chicken (to be shared) was not cut as asked. Fortunately I can cut a chicken up.

Contacted the restaurant to complain (website only option) but got no reply, so had to drive to the shop to get a drink. Tried contacting the shop on two occasions to report the issue and have been ignored (had no response) both times.

This is REALLY poor customer service. Messing up the order is one thing and understandable, but the driver effectively tossing the food at me and driving off before I could check and the failure to even respond to my complaint/request for a call to discuss is reprehensible.

The order was placed directly with the store, so they can’t even blame the driver’s unprofessional delivery on being ‘an Uber Eats’ partner issue or similar, he was one of their own.

I’ve already tried contacting you TWICE on the feedback link that you have provided and have been ignored - that is the main point of the complaint.

Asking me to contact you on a link that I’ve already been ignored by twice is only further demonstration of how unhelpful you can be. If someone actually checked the feedback, they will find my details and contact info there already!

I have given this place a few attempts, every time has been a epic failure, orders are slow, wrong or the quality has been well below average. I wouldn't even attempt drive-thru here, there's an obvious problem with communication, the staff get frustrated when you say you can't understand them and vice versa. I'd give it a pass there is a great oporto down the road go there

If you missed the entry you need drive further to turn around to go back. The place is good

Get the buttermilk wings and ask them to add the hot fried sauce to it (if you like spicy wings). Thats a good meal that will get you fired up for sure!

Absolutely disappointing.
Horrible food, disgusting.
Bad customer service.
Never again.

One of the most horrible food and service! Chips so cold it felt like they have been in the fridge.

Never go to this red rooster!
