Food was on point, manager was great but adult cashier should think about a different line of work (rude to a point)

Staff are friendly and polite always provide great service. Love the Reds Burger with a 600ml 7up added on. Love the fact that they have changed to Pepsi products.

Me and my partner came in to order takeaway the girl took the order and we paid by cash she threw the change on the counter and walked away, is paying by cash a dirty word

Sometimes good but most times bad chicken roll is over done with mayo or there isn’t enough chicken evenly spread out and there pre made in the morning so there capable of taking a little more time

EDIT: there chicken rolls are good now, not to much mayo and a reasonable amount of chicken, staff have always been extremely friendly and there new chicken is amazing

Can be very busy, but food is usually a good standard.but when it gets bad it can be frustrating. I ordered chicken, family chips and a LARGE gravy.
But got this instead. I had to make my own gravy to compensate.

Best chips amongst all the fast food franchises! The staff here are always super friendly and the service is quick!

Always takes so long and if a delivery service, waiting over 15mins (while store is empty) after the max pick up time. It happens every single time. I also see staff throwing food onto counter and not taking any care or effort into making the food. They stand around talking most of the time and take ages to ask you what you want to order. They are nice and polite staff members, but the waiting times always takes ages.

Typical Red Rooster store. Have eaten in, used drive through and taken away.it's a little untidy at times and being an older building, appears dirty but would be fairer to describe it as "well used" instead. Food, while good, has a few times been underdone on the fries and amounts given, and find KFC for instance to give a bit more in their relevant sizes. Overall not bad but would only go if running late and really needed to eat.

Seems to be a well run store. Fast service through the drive through. The new spicy chicken is very nice, though very oily in the box.

Charged for sauce when buying chicken tenders and $8.50 4 stale roll no mayo with Ripper roll not the best

Been here a couple of times, looks quite dodgy. I ordered the 3 piece satisfryer and im not sure if they just gave me standard chicken as I've never had the spicy one. But it wasn't redish like the advert nor was it hot/spicy. Can't be bothered going back to shop to fix order. Will go to the Hamilton hill shop instead.

Probably the most expensive and overrated fast food restaurant in existence.chips were far too salty and chicken was pink on the inside. I liked the floor tho

Lot of arguments amongst staff no interest in serving you loud music playing no smiles plain rude staff you need better staff and service

The staff are friendly and do their best but the store is understaffed, the drive thru is dirty, and when ordering drinks are always forgotten.

While waiting for my meal I noticed, whom I presumed was the manager, just toss the chicken rolls onto the counter.
This is what I got.
Really? A bit of care would go a long way.

Sunday 28th Nov 4pm Drive thru young Australian girl serving, very rude full of bad attitude, even to the point she rolls her eyes at you, never offered me a choice of drinks slammed down my box of chips, clearly this girl hates her job.my suggestion to the owner is move her on she has well and truely passed her sell by date, many other people out their are looking for work and I'm sure would do a better job than this girl who doesn't deserve a job

Hygiene practices are not up to standard. Using bare hands to pack chicken strips into box, sneezing near food. Myself and son ended up very sick with food poisoning.

Sunday night is Red rooster night, service is always quick and never had any complaints about the food.
