Got a reds burger and a flava wrap the wraps chicken was undercooked and rubbery and the burger was rubbery. When we called for a partial refund because that lunch out the window they told me I had to drive 20 minutes back to the store for a refund or to speak to the boss

After a 6 hour drive, the last thing I want to be doing I asking staff for an item on the menue and them guessing random other items they think I said. Absolute p*sstake! I didn't even wait around I got fed up and went to mcdonalds next door

Ordered the 10pcs buttermilk wings for the long drive but instead we got an overcooked and stale wings. We were very disappointed and didn't bother eating it so we threw it. Saw all the reviews here from this store and I wasn't surprised as we also experienced the same.

Very disappointed received the wrong order and it was so oily looked like they poured oil over the chicken. Staff were rude so will definitely not be going back there.

I’m actually very annoyed. So my partner and I ordered Uber eats from here and we missed our deserts in our order that we paid for. I called up to the store that maybe they had forgotten (which happens) and that’s fine. But instead get “ yeah I didn’t put any in cos we had none left” so I then asked will we automatically get a refund just for the deserts and to have then have a response of “ nah “ so I advised how I’ll get a refund and they said in store which they close at 9: 15pm which won’t give us enough time to get a refund thought the store. Now I have Uber eats at my store it’s up too employees and management that if we have no items available you mark it off on the Uber tablet which makes that item unavailable when purchasing through online for customers. But to say “ nah” it’s definitely not professional at all to a customer or even coming up with a solution for me.

Don’t bother. Chicken was so over cooked and so dry that you couldn’t even chew it. Had to throw it away

Menu writing too small to read and transitioning to other menu items too quickly. Once got food it was alright except the chips were a bit soft.

Just went and ordered dinner tonight and was serving by Komal and wow she is amazing! She was so helpful and polite and we really appreciate it!

Bought chicken burgers at this outlet today. The counter service woman tried to rip me off by not giving me back $30 change from the $50 note I gave her. Even after I pointed out her mistake she didn't apologize. She also didn't offer me a receipt for my purchase. We won't be buying food from this outlet again on principle.

Stopped in for tea on the way home, i had a wrap and chips, husband had a tropicana box.the service was great and the food was fantastic
