There is a lady who is working everytime I come here on my way home from work usually the late nights and I would just like to say that she is an absolutely amazing worker, such a beautiful, kind & hard working lady

I buy my chippies from here when I buy dinner from Subway next door. RR chips are the best and seem to compliment any subway order.

Bought 2 tropicana packs chicken was dry, chips were not seasoned and stale, and pineapple was doughy was very disappointed

The only thing that needs changing is the music playing, explicit music saying all types off curse words while there are older people waiting for their food I’m sure they don’t like to hear it.

Just a mention about staff member Aaron.
Many could learn a thing or two on customer service from this guy.
Absolute professional and friendly bloke. Proves its not that hard to take some pride in your job!

Guys never get it wrong and actually listen to your order and get it right.
Always friendly and quick.

On Sunday 22 January 2023, i came in as a customer and i wanted to buy large onion rings for $5 and one team member (idk his name) reduced the price to $4.50 for me. I don't usually go there much but the customer service is wonderful and the staff are really friendly. Definitely recommended

Every time I’ve brought chips from Red Rooster Forrestfield in the last 6 months they’re always under cooked. Red rooster used to do the best chips, but not anymore. Please actually cook them so they’re crunchy and not just so they’re just cooked but soggy and gross.

I went to this store 3x within the period of approximately a week at lunchtime and wasn't able to get food unless I was willing to wait 30 minutes for it to be cooked! All I wanted on all 3 occasions was 6 peices of fried chicken, which they did not have available. If it happened once that's OK, it's pretty unprofessional, but things happen. The second time, getting a bit harder for them to explain why they could not provide menu items. The third time is beyond a joke! SO unprofessional! If I wanted to wait half an hour or longer, I would go to a reputable restaurant and get better quality food. The last time I went to Red Rooster was approximately 2 years ago due to the same issues, and it appears that things never change. Unless I have no other option, I will never go back because there is no point. I won't get any food anyway.

Was good overall but had a long wait for 1 order with no customers on premises but friendly staff

Ordered via uber eats only chips arrived with cool drink no burger no chicken bites. Phoned store for help only wanted the rest of my order and the person on the phone could not have been less helpful. Needless to say I won't be ordering again.

Super long wait times, 10 mins for 3 cars in drive through. Asked to ensure serviettes and spoons included with meals and they still didnt include them. Asked our drink orders 3 times and still turned and gave us wrong drinks immediately after asking 3rd time

I don't come here often but I can say that the food has always been consistent. Warm, packed well and efficient. The staff have always been polite too

Ordered through Menulog and when it arrived I caught the driver looking guilty as hell. Took the food inside only to find the top quarter of the chips gone and two nuggets missing. SO gross to think some dirty little teen had stuck his fingers into my food! I wrote a review that they didn't publish and there was no contact from the store to follow up on it. Wont be buying from them again.

After trying the RR Fried Chicken - I'm hooked! It's so crunchy, not oily, not too salty, delicious! Cant get enough, now it's my preferred fried chicken. Yummo!

We had to drive back for our drinks when staff failed to give us ours.not ideal when you are almost home!

We have started getting Red Rooster every so often, and it never fails to please me. I become very full very quickly, and the food is fairly good. The chicken is very greasy, but that is the only con I have.

Took delivery of chickens from the boot of a branded home delivery vehicle from the Waypoint store on.

Unprofessional, all new owners care about is how much $ they make at the end of the day. Not how fresh the food is or how to clean their kitchen. Lazy is an understatement for these new stores. Watch red rooster lose business all over Perth due to the same management.

Rudest customer service of all time. It's not my fault you made poor life choices and ended up working for red rooster. Treat people how you want to be treated.
