First time trying red rooster Honestly not that good staff is friendly and food was quick to be made fries are amazing But the triple red tastes like a rip off version of macdonalds fish burger

Love the food, the staff are very welcoming. Received my food under 3 minutes despite many reviews saying they were slow. I guess the new management really has improved this branch of Red Rooster.

Went to order can’t see menu sun shines on board when went forward ordered what I could see food was below average won’t be back also a spoon would help for gravy and potatoes

Bland chicken chips. Tried to order through drive-thru - and ended up waiting a total of 43 minutes for 'fast food'. Thanking them was the worst decision I probably made.

Having members of staff yelling swear words, loud enough to hear in the dining room, plus what seemed like members of staff but still in their school uniforms going behind the counter and conversing with staff members working while they're trying to work. Spoke to the manager and he seemed totally uninterested with the situation. Very unprofessional conduct completely. The young guy serving at the counter was the only one trying to act professionally the whole time I was there.

Super long waiting time. They ask us to wait oir order for 15mins.then after that they said another 13mins.because the machine just went broken. End up we’ve waited for more than 30mins. My partner was so patient with them…but damn.

I went to get lunch gor Mr and my husband, placed my order. They told me they had change my order of fried chicken, I explained my husband wants legs and wings if you don't have any I will wait for you to cook fresh. Ok was the response, I get home and they have given him another piece of chicken neither leg or wing. Chicken pieces were cold, chips were cold. Yes I am fed up and not impressed. Pick up you game Red Rooster

Asked for a cold rooster roll so I don't get 3rd degree burns from the Mayo that's like larva. Guy on intercom tries to be funny telling me I'll get salmonella. I get to window speak to manager and confirm rooster rolls are cooked and just re heated as required. I tell him i want them cold. He tells me health and safety he can't. Well mate a boiling hot Mayo that will burn me is not health and safety is it! If I can go to subway or a Cafe and get a cold chicken sandwich or roll why can't I get a cold chicken roll. I shouldn't have to drive all the way to another red rooster to get a cold chicken roll. Do as the customer asks next time!

For the second time this month of going through the drive through I’ve come home to open my meals to the wrong order! First time I went back and told them and the girl said oh yeah they made a mistake and made me pay the extra 20 cent difference after they made a mistake and I had to drive back. This time ordered a 2 piece feed with a gravy, came home to a quarter chicken and chips and a half filled gravy with no serviettes. Tried to ring for half an hour and nobody answered. Worst service

The shop is very clean and the staff attitude is very professional and friendly.

Oh my LAWD! THESE GUYA WENT ABOVW AND BEYOND.just went in with a simple request of fried chicken which they where sold out of.
After a small chat they let me know I could have fresh anytime but I had to wait

After a bit of banter and a good chat I got my food in such amazing timing and freshness that I'm annoyed I didn't get the manager and cashiers name to name them

Some one just came in and bought everything so they where out.but they kept up a fun chatty disposition while my food was prepared.

I cN not say enough how fun my wait was with the cashier and manager who popped in from time to time to make sure I was OK

Generally just a fun experience and would go back again if I wasn't meant to be on a diet

Just your normal Red Rooster. Staff are always friendly and food is always good quality. They quite often run out of fresh chicken though and only have chicken roll, etc. Otherwise they would be a 5.
Edit 10/3/22: Dropped past again tonight at about 7pm and there was a 25 minute wait for fried chicken! Nice to read the reply to my previous post but they obviously didn't take too much notice. Reduced to 3.

I just got a 2 piece fried chicken with large chips. It was so dry, I felt like I’d never stop chewing. Worst meal I’ve ever had from Warwick. Chips were great though.

I ordered a large ripper sub meal and rooster roll. When I got to the payment window I was not given a total but the staff member put the paypass machine out the window. I used paypass and was given a large drink.
It wasn't until I got home I saw only a regular chips. I phoned the store immediately and was told the mistake was on my end despite ordering a large meal and being given a large drink. I was told if I wanted anything to be done I had to drive my regular chips back to the store, pay extra and wait for a large chips.
There was absolutely no customer service from Thomas or Jeffrey who I was told was on duty and on drive thru responsibilities at the time.
It was clear I was an inconvenience and the staff member couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. There was a real lack of customer experience.
Such a bad experience and I will join friends who dislike or refuse to go to this store.

Always great value and love the specials. There are a few miserable staff here but most are great. Plenty of parking and now you can order online ahead of your arrival and have the option of home delivery.

Chicken corn and peas, were cold. Chips shrivelled. Initial time of delivery was about half an hour. Ballooned out to 1hour and 10 minutes. When store was contacted I was told that there were 2 orders before mine. Go figure! Poor service.

Cold soggy chips. I asked for a wing which was confirmed and got the drumstick section. Its not often I use fast food and it reminded me why I don't.

Great and carefree venue, it was a really exciting experience I had and the food just satisfied my cravings at the time, can't say the same for the branch in Malaga where the Indian manager verbally abused me.
