Red Rooster

I am a regular customer of Red Rooster Busselton and normally I am satisfied with my meal but tonight (29th December, 2023) my chips were very soggy as they were placed on the bottom of the bag with my chicken box on the top. When I received my order to the car I swapped my chicken box to the bottom of the bag in the drive though but it was too late. They had been steaming too long with the box lid shut. Very disappointed

There seem to be no cares given, sitting at the drive through watching how they treat the food made me want to drive out hungry. Sorry guys but public are watching what you do with their food and how you conduct ursel, won't be back

Just came through the drive through excellent service, excellent manners the food quality is the best out of all the redrossters. 10 /5 stars

Great cool sitting area inside quite spacious plenty of room for larger families toilets the friendliest of staff. Aleisha you made every effort to help & oblige & deserve mentioning. Thankyou for making our day out extra special. Highly recommend.

First time trying red rooster! Ordered grilled quarter and 2 pcs fried chicken. Both were nice and well seasoned!

The roast chicken was one of their best.
Out 20.22. Great service great. They were so busy. Food was good. Had trouble with ordering online for the next nights dinner. I didn't get notified that the payment had gone through. So I went to the store to pick up, only to get a message my food was on its way. To hard to get a refund and I didn't want to waste food, so I look both orders home and gave lift overs to friends.

Ordered and paid for a chocolate mousse. However the mousse was not in the bag when we opened it.
This store never fails to disappoint in some way.

Bit of a strange place Red rooster
Full of kids yelling and screaming at each other
Got a BBQ sauce Berger with a very small bit of chicken in it
Should have gone to Macca's

Lunch special quarter chicken an chips bargain at $5 but the chicken that was in the box was literally the size of a pigeon. (I'm sure there must be a law in what size chickens have to be before being used for human consumption) would not have paid full price chicken an chips that's for sure.

Does anyone at red rooster ever go to stores and try the products? Ordered some of the fried chicken last night and it was okay, ask the girl if the chips were just cooked and she assured me they were so little large chips but they were cold and soggy. Firstly just tell me they’re not and I will wait five minutes, don’t give me unedible food and lie to me! But the main part about trying different stores products is the coleslaw, it is the most bland disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted in my life, there is no flavour even in the mayonnaise, if I serve that up to you you would be in it but you insist on charging people for it!

Food was easy to order on the app, food arrives when they said it would be here, which you could also track the driver. Delivery driver was super friendly with the food arriving freshly cooked and hot, winner! Recommend if needing a chicken and chips fix

Red Rooster in Busselton still sells single piece fried chicken for $2. Hamilton Hill do not it can only be sold as side or in a pack at that store.

Very disappointing service and quality of food, nothing like they advertise and very expensive. I ordered food for 4 people and they got all 4 meals wrong! They then wanted to fix it by adding tenders on the burgers and suddenly changed their mind to make the burgers from scratch again while the rest of the meals were getting cold. I requested a refund for the full order and the refund took 5 days to clear. This should be something that clears within 24 hours. I gave my feedback a few weeks ago and on the " feedback" poster on the counter and guess what NO response at all.

Stopped here to grab a quick bite for the family on the way out and decided to pop into the toilet before ordering, best decision ever.
It was filthy dirty in the toilets and the same from what we could see in the kitchen.

We would never eat from there.

The chicken they gave us was horribly tough. Obviously it was not fresh and was a preheat one. The cashier tried to charge us Aud4 more than what was indicated on their board. Until I complained, then she changed it without even feeling sorry.

They made a mistake with my order so I called and told them what happened. I get mistakes happen. And they upgraded the item and delivered it. That's great Service as far as admitting the issue and going above to rectify it

Went to the Busselton shop and they had no fried chicken, not cooking any, so I went to KFC they had plenty Thanks KFC

Three chicken nugget meals, where the chips! The was no chips. $72 bucks for just that is just rude.

Not terrible food but if your wanting delivery, it’s not worth an hour and a half to two hour wait!
Very poor delivery service!

It used to stand above the others as the best b-b-q chicken.now it has 6/8 of the menu, crunchified.and we think the bbq version was not even bbq.maybe they should change there name to KFC revisited
