Red Rooster

I quite like it here but my rooster roll always ends up with half cooked chicken in it and bone parts. The place itself has a nice and modern atmosphere and the staff are really friendly and helpful

RR.stands for Roster Roulette. What will be wrong this time. I order my 3 piece 'Satisfier' and asked for no wings or drumsticks please. "Your no wings or drumsticks" order was confirmed to me as it was handed to me at the drive thru. Got home, opened box, one drumstick, one wing, and one other piece. At least this time they managed to get the correct number of pieces in the order. I'll give it the usual 2 or 3 month break and maybe try again. So, if you are in the drive thru and someone is holding up the works, it may be me checking the order like I've always said I would. Pity that we pay in advance for our order. Otherwise we could pay. 'near enough'. Maybe that would send a message.

Just because it's a Friday, there's no excuse for a poor serving like this!

Ordered chicken dinner with veg. What a waste. Took them 3 attempts to give it right. Apparently you have to ask for all the vegetables otherwise you only get potatoes. Luke warm. Also ordered chicken roll. The amount of chicken in the roll would have filled a quarter cup and the roll had seen better days. Never again a waste of money

This is the second time we've had delivery issues with this store. A couple months ago I ordered meals Via the Uber app that didn't arrive for 1.5 hours. Uber advised this store do their own deliveries and so refund and tracking enquiries had to be directed to the store. Contacting the store was difficult, most times the phone wasn't answered. When I eventually got through, an hour after ordering I was told it should be there any minute. No apology or offer of refund. The food didn't arrive for another half hour and was barely warm. If I hadn't just had surgery I would have driven to the store for an explanation.

After that joke of a situation I've been reluctant to order a delivery from Kalamunda Red rooster again for a few months but decided tonight to try via the Red Rooster app. The order was accepted and payment processed from my account.

The tracker on the app doesn't work.
1 hour 20 minutes and 2 messages left on an answering machine later, and our food still isn't here.

If the store is unable to fulfill delivery orders they should be contacting customers to advise- that's why contact details are required.

What should be a fun night and special treat for hungry kids ends up being a waste of time, with lukewarm food, tired hungry disappointed children and total lack of customer service.

Never again.

The restaurant was incredibly clean and looks brand new. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Food was great and hot specially the chips. The fried chicken was the best in town. I will definitely coming back here again. Well done!

Sick of the stale chicken and cold food hardly filled chips my grandmother couldn’t bite through your chicken this wasn’t the case a year ago or more management needs a change to provide customers with quality standards of food seriously not on.

Not great, poor service unreliable delivery usually gets it very wrong, and phone is unmanned most of the time, would not recommend unfortunately
****EDIT - They did contact me and offer a store credit for the bad experience, so they are trying.

Just brought takeway as power was out brought 2 combos both stone cold.wont be coming back anytime soon.

Very low quality, cold food, tastes like it's been laying around all day, and overpriced. And no, I'm not filling out your feedback form. Do better.

Went there at 9: 30 on a Thursday night after work and it was closed even though it’s supposed to close at 10pm after working all day I don’t want to run around trying to find a place to eat in Kalamunda at 9: 30

Two weeks in a row waited over 30 mins for small, simple order. Wont be back a third time. The food wasn’t worth the wait.

Worst Chicken and chips I've had in a long time. My kids wouldn't even eat the nuggets and that never happens.

Great service even during a busy time, and was great to hear the manager calm, encouraging and supporting staff when they were under pressure on mothers day

Food portion was small and very dry and it's a small drive-thru as well might need to be expanded

Cheesy Nuggets are the bomb.com, but we once ordered pineapple fritters, and payed for them, but we only received our nuggets. Would defs recommend the cheesy nuggets tho.

Ordered a drink, a large chips and two pineapple fritters through the drivethrough. Lady never repeated my order back to me and stuck the payment device out the window barely making eye contact. When I looked in the bag I noticed she had given me a regular chips but she had already stepped away from the window. I waited for her to come back and she tried to put the payment device out for me again. I told her I received the wrong size chips and told her how much I paid. She just told me if I wanted more chips I'd have to pay for another regular. There was no apology and I just paid, and now I dont know if ive been overcharged. I usually don't write reviews but her attitude sucked. We've all had bad days but I really feel that if she had just repeated my order when I got to the window this could have been avoided.

Maybe change your closing times if you guys close at 9: 30PM. Disappointed to get there and no one’s there when the advertised closing times are 10pm.

DaBomb, just curious when you forget to ask for bbq sauce but they always put in a Sweet-N-Sout

Customer service is absolutely appalling, ordered a large meal and I checked my bag and was missing a large chips. The lady at the window had her hands on her hips looking very impatient because I hadn’t moved on. No apology and food was just shoved in not even wrapped properly. The lady re wrapped my food after. The Food taste acceptable except chips are very salty and food is only luke warm.
