I went there Yesterday with my Kids, I ordered Share packs, Waiting for our meal more than 45 minutes, When I ask them said was coming it's been very busy she said, I was very disappointed the burgers and the rolls was cold chips and nuggets too are very dry it's like been sitting there quiet sometime, i saw two lady returning they burgers saying the same thing it was cold,

Utterly disgusted.yet again. Bought a chicken dinner and got home to find the container brimming to the lid with gravy. You couldn't even SEE the peas or potatoes it was that full. My son tells me not to bother critiquing. "They are just stupid kids Mum. Everyone knows that" I had in fact stopped buying from Mindarie RR because every single timein the last year I have had something wrong with my order. He bought this around 8.30pm tonigt as he was buying takeway tonight and knows i cant stand KFC. If I had known he was going to waste his money on RR at Mindarie I would have told him not to bother. That store is getting a really bad rep around the area for its sloppy service delivery. Just sell the store and let someone who has a clue about customer service come in. So how was the dinner? No idea. I threw the revolting slop in the bin.

If this place would have just sold me the ingredients before the cooked it I could have drove home 3 miles away and cooked it my self faster

I've been having a bad streak with fast food lately with orders being wrong and poor food quality however you guys have broken this streak with exceptional speed, food quality and getting the order %100 correct. Thanks for being the best and breaking the cycle.

Once again when I have ordered a large mash and gravy…it’s a quarter potato and the rest gravy which equals potato soup

Reporting to consumer affairs and getting charge back put on card to get money bank as we were completely scammed! Apparently according to manager you can only have the $2.00 chips when specifying you want the $2.00 even though there’s a huge banner out front advertising it. Refused to refund money. Also reported to head office. What a disgrace and scam going on!

Orderd uber eats and got a bbq bacon burger in a large meal with some cheasy nuggets and it was all fresh burger was soft yet crunchy and very delicious and service was fast im talking 10mins from order to dilvery

Worst Red rooster I have been to so far. Saturday late afternoon female member of staff lied when it's obvious they haven't given what you asked for. Just trying to make the customer look bad to cover their mistake. A simple sorry would have sufficed.

I was extremely impressed by the young staff at Red Rooster tonight. They actually blew me away at how hard working they were. They were very bust but were quick and efficient. I was especially impressed by the young girl who was working the till as well as taking care of other orders. I saw her handle a difficult customer like a pro. I hope their boss knows what a ripper team he has. Keep up the good work guys.

Last 5 times I’ve been there to get a half chicken and chips the chicken has been a disgrace, not enough on it and heaps of sloppy fat on it, never got back, not even cute girls in the drive thru anymore, not good enough

On several occasions we have found that the order is incomplete, check before leaving so you don't find out once you get home like what happens to us.

We walked in there and it was dirty and smelt of burnt food. The service was terrible. So we walked out.

Roast was reheated to death. Worst meal I have ever had also long black hair found in meal

Ridiculous customer staff, don’t know how to make any customers happy, had me waiting in the drive thru for 5 mins and then didn’t give me what I wanted at all. They also tried charging me $1 extra. Unbelievable. Never coming here again

You think the name RedRooster would mean that this place would specialise in chicken. But no I had the most bland chicken nuggets with no flavor. It tasted like rice. I am still eating cause I'm hungry. However I don't appreciate the false advertising and the sesame seed. They are foul. So please consider this, add chicken salt on your chicken and season it properly. Take out the sesame seeds they are not big Kris approved.

Shame about the bad reviews. I have had nothing but great efficient service and good food from this store. I never use drive thru's though. Tonight though the vegies that came with the roast dinner were so salty, like salty where the lid came off the shaker and poured all over 'em. I can let it go this time though but they were almost inedible. Makes Chicken "treat"look less than ordinary.

Sick and vometing from slightly cold chicken. After calling the store supervisor Kyle Gibson and letting him know, I was laughed at and spoken to very rudely then hung up on.
Please take this review as a warning.

Chips were ok but the chicken roll was bland & dry. These rolls arent what they used to be.

Looks normal in the drive-thru, a different story once you’re inside.not very hygienic. Health department needs to pay a visit.
