RED Rooster have a variety of meals and items also have soft drinks the service is quick when you enter the shop or when you drive to the machine to place your order you then go to the outside window office to pay for the order then they will bring it to you while waiting in the vehicle then you can leave to go home or to the beach or anywhere and each the meal you've ordered for yourself or for friends or family members that also are going to eat to.

Bought a big feast and got 2 half filled chips and 10 pieces of potato tht nearly covered half of the bottom of the container. Cant post a photo or i would.

So my review is directed at the management not the food my 14 year old Son had a job interview there a couple weeks ago and was told he would get a two day trial the following week and to buy some black shoes and a black shirt then never got a message for the shifts, Dont bother applying here its a waste of time and they get kids hopes up for no reason. Useless.

HORRIBLE accessibility driving through Rockingham Red Rooster! Un pleasant customer service experience

We ordered take away through Rockingham Red Rooster and continued to drive through there VERY TIGHT AWKWARD drive through, we were very careful as we had just brought a new car and still managed to hit the side of the pillar? We could not reverse and drive out when it was too tight as there was another car behind us,

The customer service lady witnessed the whole incident and completely ignored us! No manager was called over to speak about the incident,

We tried to call the branch THREE times to discuss this and no answer? !

Extremely unpleasant experience and will not be returning due to the inaccessibility and customer service, anyone who visits this branch beware, your vehicle may get damaged,

We noticed on the pillar it had already been scraped severely and on the other side of that wall as well, this has clearly happened multiple times which makes sense as to the complete disregard we received from staff,

We will now have to pay god knows how much to get this fixed due to no fault of our own and the inappropriate layout of the drive through,

I have filled out a feedback form as there is no other way of contacting Red Rooster and the branch doesn’t answer their phone,

I expect to be contacted IMMEDIATELY to rectify this matter please.

Yummy butter milk chicken wings. Sooo crunchy, just how we like them. Fast and friendly service. We'll done guys, the pic shows how good they were "all gone"

Not usually busy. Always great service. It is like they really care that you get a good dinner. They only got 4 stars because they didn't have both roast and fried chicken. Only the roasted I like the roasted best anyway.

Rockingham opening hours are incorrect. Just tried store at 9.38 am sunday and not open. Site says 9am open sunday. Needed lots chooks for an outing.

Family Feast was excellent.

We are usually very happy with the quality and freshness of the food from this store. The quarter chicken I received in a Red Roast dinner tonight was very small compared to normal servings and the box was filled with potatoes. Disappointed. I hope this doesn’t continue.

Great service by the guy on the front desk. Always smiling and happy. He even remembers me from a previous visit.

Just ordered and There was no cheese on the red burger and we got 3 of them not happy at all we spent more $60 we expect the orders to be right. We would like this fixed and want you to rectify this order. Not bloody happy

Mashed potatoes and gravy but without the mash? What? So I got I whole tub of just gravy with my meal and another thing, what is up with fast food stores always forgetting to give the sauce. This again happened to me they forgot my sauce, why do I need to always asked them for it. That shouldn't be happening in the first place.
The drive-thru is pretty small compared to other places as you can see the damage left by other vehicles that have tried to make it through, it's so sad.

25 minutes to get food then got the order wrong left people standing at the counter. People that ordered after me got food first. Very slack service won't be back

Took 20 Min to get driveway serves. At least food was hot. Got an update. 6 months later. Got 2 large chips and nuggets and they were still cold. Don't bother. Saw they put it in the microwave to cook.

I just bought a classic meal.the meal is ok but they don’t believe in giving you cutlery and napkins, I’m sitting here in my car eating it with my fingers, that’s peas roast potatoes and chicken flooded in gravy and it’s very hard to eat this bloody meal with no cutlery.not bloody impressed

Slow service. Normally wouldn't mind however was not told about the wait (about 25 mins). Wasn't acknowledged for waiting.

Easy food and always reliable if a little salty.

Salads are your standards but they have them!
