This place is very dirty. I visited 10: 50am the place opens up at 10am. Table's haven't been wiped and you can tell the floor has not been mopped.

If you are in Malaga and looking for a great place to dine, I highly recommend the Malaga Red Rooster. The food is fresh and delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised when they even gave me some stuffing that was the best ever!

From the moment I walked in, the staff and management were warm, welcoming, and friendly. It really made me feel like a valued guest. I appreciate the attention to detail they put into everything, from the food to the atmosphere.

I am so glad I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. The Malaga Red Rooster is definitely a must-visit if you are in the area. I look forward to returning for another amazing dining experience. Thank you for such an exceptional experience!

Bought a ripper roll combo. One piece of chicken in the roll was the size of a teaspoon. The second wasn't much bigger. I actually have a photo of the inside of the roll. But cannot attach it here.
I have written to the red rooster complaint web site a week ago. And have had no reply.
So have no choice but to leave a bad review.

Chicken strips in our flayva wraps were rock hard! And tiny too. More lettuce than anything. Gravy so runny. Do better! Waste of money

Food was great and fresh, but the staff were having a chat with one another while people were waiting to be served

Just went through the drive through in Alexander heights and a young man over the microphone was very rude and disrespectful when we asked about certain meals that were available.we asked for the stuffing to be removed and we know that this is possible but rudely he said “nah mate the chicken comes with stuffing can’t remove the stuffing” drove to the window to ask to speak with the young man and he continued to be rude and wanted to argue with me. When asked to speak to the manger he said I am one of the mangers. I drove off and never will be going back to that store again. Very disappointed. We then went to Kingsway store and complete opposite the girl there was very polite answered all our questions removed the stuffing for us. Great customer service.
There is no consistency it’s such a shame.

Usually excellent but yesterday I went inside and was ignored at the counter, guy doing prep continued to ignore me when I called out. On top of that, and more of a concern, was the small sharp pieces of broken bone in my chicken. If you're going to segement a chicken, please take SOME care doing it. I don't know what's going on lately. So many rude & grumpy staff everywhere. Oh and your chicken rolls are drowning in that disgusting mayonaise. It's not a mayo roll, it's a chicken roll

They never have chicken legs they never get orders right the service is terrible
Red rooster Alexander heights do u have chicken with no legs or do ur staff keep ‘em for them self lmao I definitely don’t recommend this store ur orders will get messed up. Worst experience ever

Good experience overall though when my order was ready they put it on the counter and said a band which wasn't said clearly so I had to ask is it was mine.

Poor service, bad attitude not friendly at all. The worst part is asking for a spoon and manager just roll his eyes with frustration.

I Went there one day after school with my younger brother we ordered the food and it was terrible. The chips were cold and stale and the chicken was cold.not to mention the manager on shift, he just threw my bag of food at me and the bag ripped and chips and drink cans fell in my car and made a mess, the manager on shift just slammed the window and walked away with no apology. Will not be returning

When I walked in with my three children, the restaurant was shining clean! Lovely plants and good decor around! The young teenager who served me was very polite! The food was delicious! We waited only 8 minutes for a big order which is good. The roast potatoes were extremely crispy and very tasty! The chicken was very tender and I could pull it apart easily with the wooden spoon provided. The stuffing was tasty! The mash and gravy was nice but not as good as KFC. The corn on the cob was tender and cooked beautifully! My eldest daughter loved the chips! Personally I thought they could have been cooked a bit more but if my kids are happy that's ok the toilet was very clean and smelt nice. To be honest I was very happy with the service and food today. I would return here. Thanks guys

Just got home from the drive through having ordered classic half chicken and chips × 1 6 pieces fried chicken × 1 and a flava wrap and paid $39.30.
What I was given in the bag was 6 chicken strips × 1 hot chicken roll × 1 flava wrap and 2 chips.
This is the 3rd time in the past couple of months this has happened but the very first time ever i have done a review because they dont really care.
Wont be going back! @@

I've been going through the driveway service over the past 12 months. It's always an easy transition with the staff pleasant and obliging
I keep patronising this store due to the service plus the chicken etc always fresh and hot.

Good oz classic. Good service. Drive thru very busy thur fridays.better of parking and ordering inside

Waited 10 minutes for the new spicy chicken box. Received a pool of oil at the bottom of the box which leaked through the bag and soaked all the chips. Not sure how this is enjoyable

There were items I ordered via Uber Eats missing. I rang the store and the duty manager said there was nothing he could do. He said I have to wait until next I place an order. I won't be returning to that store. No responsibility was taken for the stores error. I paid for food I didn't receive and can't get a refund. I asked for the stores Managers Name but the Duty Manager would not give it to me.

I had a long day at work and decided to drop this particular red rooster outlet. And god danm, whoever over put salt into large crispy chips and my 3 pieces satisfryer… thank you, it was good.

Yummy had to wait in a line when we had finished our shop but was worth the wait chicken was cooked to perfection and the chips were nice and hot and lightly salted yep will keep having red rooster for sure
