Like everything else getting more expensive and no longer stock Coke so we don't buy drinks there anymore

Amazing customer service from Matthew he asked the people in the kitchen if I could get it made fresh as I asked for it to be made fresh and was close to closing time and he said yeah we can help with that and I was happy to wait so I appreciate when someone goes out of the way to help someone else out, the food was so fresh and delicious I highly recommend this Red Rooster!

Drive through. Chicken was crispy, chips were not soggy

We had for dinner tonight, a strip sub, 2 large chips, a regular popcorn chicken…. Was lovely and fresh…. But no way were the chips large, boxes were 3/4 full (normally over flowing) very very salty. Prefer no salt to that much salt…stripsub is way smaller, Lift your game red rooster or you will lose long time custom. Pretty disappointed! Do not like being robbed… not so good value anymore

We ordered 2 tropical packs, the chips were overcooked. One lot of chicken was a little dry. Pineapple fritters were nice juicy and well cooked

Workers probably don’t speak english as a first language. Said 3 times; “Both quarter chickens need to be a leg piece” and then i got 1 leg and 1 wing.

It was what i considered to be a very simple instruction. What a waste of money, wing and the attached breast was dry as all hell.

Nailed it like always especially the staff you had in drive thru tonight so clear and easy to hear

Bought the spicey chicken 6 pieces. Really tasty but the disappointing thing was that 3 pieces were drumsticks and for what you pay you would expect a bit more chicken. Would buy again but maybe not from this store

Have always rated red rooster highly for fast food but the last few times it has been close to terrible.it is one of the most expensive fast food eateries and to not even get a decent amount of salad in your wrap is disappointing.unfortunately not worth the money any more!

These guys use to be really good but lately it's like the food is coming out of their pay check and they are being stingy with servings. $7.00 for a few potatoes is a joke. Fill it up guys, come on.

I love this place. Only started eating Red Rooster a few years back as I’m from the UK. I got addicted to the flava wraps. So fresh, chicken is so tasty, Mayo is incredible and fresh lettuce. I always order without tomato and my order is always correct. The rippa rolls are also incredible! And the bbq chicken burger is amazing too! Love the chips, great salt ratio and the drinks are always ice cold. I find this to be the quickest drive thru in the area on average and the service is always very friendly and my orders are always correct unlike HJ’s McDonald’s and kfc in the area. Management are definitely running this place really well because it’s the best red rooster I’ve ever had and I’ve been to several. Really enjoy the nuggets too and the buttermilk chicken popcorn. This place never disappoints and I’ve eaten here hundreds of times.

Worst experience! The staff is not at all hospitable. Waiting time is long and uncooperative staff. They even don't know how to greet there customers well. Not worth it.

Still having issues with the app and arriving to find out food isn't ready as the app is broken.good food though.

They talk so fast on that loudspeaker I had to get them to repeat themselves 3 times before I understood them not the chips I ordered wer hot salty and delicious

"Would you like to add 3 nuggets for $2"

Finally said yes after a year of being asked and they forgot to stick them in the bag. 10/10

I went through the drive through and asked for a chicken roll lunch deal, i was told the deal came with a coke zero and was asked if i wanted to change it. I said yes i will have a normal sugar coke, when i got to the window to pay i didn't notice that an extra dollar was added. As i was driving out i saw the deal on the sign was 4.95 and i was charged 5.95. I know it's only a dollar but when i got home i called the store to query it. The person said its because i changed the drink and he offered to give me the dollar back if i brought back the coke.which is obviously not worth it if you already home. I wonder how many other people have been overcharged/deceived by this store.

Excellent service. Got 3 chickens chopped up small for Xmas entertaining. Quick and easy. On pickup my daughter wanted a regular chips, the manager gave her a large for free! She hasn’t stopped talking about the ‘best day in her life!

Check your bag before you leave in the drive thru as sometimes they give you a bag with your drinks in, before giving the rest of the meal in a separate bag a few mins later. Otherwise good service with nice taste.

Our fortnightly family treat, chips have always been fresh and very hot and the chicken has always been succulent!
